Welcome to Villa El Sueno 2!


Villa El Sueno 2 is located in the heart of Old Town.  Fully remodeled units with modern touches.  Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the Malecon.  2 blocks away from Vallartas incredible night life.

The Space:
Villa El Sueno 2 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo.  The kitchen is fully equipped to bring out the chef in you.  Refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, microwave and even a wine refrigerator.  Airconditioning and wifi throughout the unit.

The bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed with a 43 inch smart tv that has is connected to wifi.


All guests have access to the amazing rooftop pool that includes an outdoor kitchen.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning service is available on request for an additional fee.  Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay.  If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.

Perfect Spot for Remote Work and Relaxation

I spent 30 days here working remotely while enjoying the best of beach living, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. Management was attentive and always quick to respond, making the entire stay stress-free. Highly recommend for both work and play!

Great deal!

For the price, this place can’t be beat. I saw some complaints about location, but I candidly think it’s in a perfect spot: Close enough that walking to town is easy, far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. This is a neighborhood street. Only sounds are the two neighbor’s dogs barking hello to one another.Yes, there is a hill to climb, but a short one and there are stairs to make that easy. You have to cross a cobblestone road from the stairs to the entrance, but this is Vallarta and cobblestone roads are part of the charm.Chris, the host, is SUPER responsive. I thought I had a hot water issue (I didn’t, I just hadn’t waited long enough), and he was on it. Scheduled a maintenance person to be there within minutes. I was embarrassed to have troubled him.Check in was easy—I had a little confusion about where the entrance was, but it’s obvious once you understand the building layout. The place had been well cleaned and was nicely furnished. I would happily stay here again.

El Sueno 2

Comfortable, nicely appointed ground floor unit with a single step to get in. A newer building on the edge of Los Altos with about a 1/3 of a block with moderate incline. (not really for those with cardiac conditions or bad knees - but then not much in Los Altos is, there are much steeper sidewalks and stairs in PV) Nice rooftop deck with a plunge pool. Especially nice for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. Building is in an older neighborhood and aspects mentioned in some reviews are likely to offend some. This is not a luxury resort if that's what you're looking for. Short walk to the beaches and busy restaurants and bars in Zona Romantica. I'll stay again! Thanks to the PVGetaways team.

This property’ was offered to us as a substitute for the property we had originally booked.

The unit itself was clean, bed was comfortable, etc, but did not compare to the unit we had originally booked, nor the prime location, and the change was made when we had little time to find another place prior to our departure, we accepted this one. We were extremely disappointed that our original unit was canceled so abruptly, probably because they had a longer term offer than our one month. Not happy in that regard.

Concrete Jail

It was located on a steep, poorly paved street. It is definitely not a place that is for people with mobility problems. We arrived at 7 PM. There was no one is greet us. I text the host and he informed me that he text the lock box number. I never received the number. The agreement was that someone was to meet us if it was before 9 PM. I was frustrated with the whole process. The host finally arrived to open the key box after my husband and I tried to open the box that had very small numbers & was located in a dark corner. The property was a dark, concrete affair with uncomfortable furniture. It had a good bed, shower head, and laundry. The kitchen was marginal. We had two requests from the host. We asked for a spare keys, have the stove fixed and the electricity went out. The only thing addressed was the electricity. Another item that would be appreciated is if they would provide drinking water. It was very inconvenient to haul water up a steep hill. In short, we were very disappointed with host and property. We ended up renting anther place for 2 night of our 7 day stay.
