Nice hotel right on the beach. Pools are very small and chairs are very limited. They also fill up quite early (by10am) so you need to get there fast. Drinks are reasonably priced and quite good. The food at the pool bar was really not good however breakfast inside the hotel was great although expensive. The chairs at the beach were comfortable and towels were provided and in ample supply. They don't charge for umbrellas. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This hotel is located in Condado which has many authentic Puerto Rican restaurants that are moderately priced within walking distance. There are tons of little breakfast spots within a few blocks (cheap and delicious). I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, service over the top. Constantly being kept immaculate. Staff were very attentive and responsive to every need. There was some remodeling work on our floor during mid-week from 10 am to 5 pm. It was very loud demo work and was quite annoying for my girls room. When we complained, they immediately gave me a $100 credit and moved us to another floor. The main tower was built in 1958, but is continually being updated. This hotel is in a choice location at Condado Beach. It is close to restaurants, shopping and CVS and Walgreens. Something for everybody. While the food and beverage choices are kind of pricey, you get what you pay for, with the quality of the ingredients and the service being excellent. Ovi, our bartender at the Solera Grill was awesome. He gave us a lot of useful information about San Juan, and the Puerto Rican lifestyle. Would definitely go back.

It's our first time visiting Puerto Rico and they made it so much more fun, relaxing and accommodating for us. Thank you!

Solid hotel with full beach access and ocean views.

This hotel is extraordinary. I had an oceanfront room and the best feature was a soundproof door that blocked out all of the noise from the courtyard which the door to the room faced. When I opened the balcony door I could hear the crashing waves and once I closed it, silence. There was impeccable service all throughout the resort with friendly smiles and helpfulness at every step. My only complaint is that there is no fan in the bathroom or heat lamp light. There’s no way to dry your swimsuits as there is no ventilation in the bathroom which is a big flaw for a beach resort. After a couple of days the bathroom bagan to have a faint mildew smell as it’s easy for moisture to get trapped in the design of the shower stall. There was a motley crew of couples, families, and groups of friends. Very family friendly and gay friendly as well. Overall though, I think this is an excellent hotel, and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else upon a return to san juan.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, everything you could want was at our fingertips! I travel quite a bit and can honestly say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern and new. Entire hotel in great condition. This is a great location. Beach and pool chairs, umbrellas and towels included. A nice beach. Needed more umbrellas around pools. Room was a fair price for the area and quality. Has a casino. We liked the penny slots.

What a beautiful resort with gorgeous views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants with amazing food.

Nice Hotal. Nice staff. Clean rooms POOL open 24hr

Awesome place to stay, Nice restaurants, Awesome staff.

Went out a lot so didn't really stay in the hotel as much! However when I did it was so nice I've stood at many hotel but this was a really nice hotel! Order dinner for me and my wife it was good food however the price was a bit much!

After having really researched and then experiencing what else was beach front available, I would definitely choose the Last Concha again! The Vanderbilt looks nice, but too stuffy for my modern taste. Didn't see they had a beach either. Conquestador also a bit stuffy and removed. La Concha was/is the winner! The staff is amazing! Three not so great things on my hotel experience, but not deal breakers: If you're a coffee lover and already know the coffee in Puerto Rico is reknown, the morning service was disappointedly inconsistent. All food was outrageous in price, albeit good food. Go across the street or walk a block to get GREAT food for a more reasonable price. Old San Juan...Even better and cheaper. The bathroom in the room. Clean that grout! Eww. Oh yes..One other item of note. The beds are very soft. I'm a fairly fit person with having occasional lower back stiffness and got there feeling great. I woke up every morning sore. Glad I brought my Ibuprofen. Lastly...I would stay there again! Hopefully they will tend to the few necessary upgrades. The staff..Every one of them were amazing!

The only good thing we experienced was Francis the concierge who upgrade us to an ocean view. He was very professional and the only person who cared! It took us an average of 6 min every time we needed to use the elevators. We had the do not disturb and the cleaning ladies were so loud in the halls yelling that we woke up early on our vacation. I will be contacting the hotel directly because I want some compensation for a lot the issues we had.

Wish ambiance was better and not 24hr dance / techno music. Also felt reception staff wasn't the most friendliest I've encountered.

Got to hotel at 4pm and room was not ready. We wanted to be on the same floor as friends but instead of saying there was no rooms of that type available - they confused us by saying other things. Front desk was not friendly. The hotel facilities were nice except a lot of convention traffic wish meant pools were not available since they were being used for parties. The hot tub was way too hot. I own a hottub and you should never have it over 103 and swear this one was at 106, if not higher. Stayed in suites and at midnight there was a fire warning to evacuate the facility. Of course, there was no fire but it appeared it had been triggered by the construction work going on. For the price would have probably stayed somewhere else.

All went well. I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very peasant, the plcae is very secure.

I loved it. The hotel was a quick drive from the airport, and right on a main street, yet once inside, you were in a "resort" with multiple pools, hot tubs, bars, restaurants, and a terrific beach that was well-attended by the staff. The lobby was a bit clubby for me at night, but certainly fun. Food was very good. The hotel was also pretty close to old San Juan -- we walked about 3 miles but by cab it would've been 5-10 mins only.

Nice beach. The breakfast buffet is good, lots of selection however a little bit pricey, but comes with coffee. Room is good, I had a ocean view, good shower. This place is a little dated, I would stay here again and would recommend to friends. The lobby bar is also cool. Locations is good for going out. Bars and local restaurants close by. Next time I would make sure I get a room with the patio.

Nice hotel. Just make sure you throughly inspect your bill before departure. An unknown charge was on my bill, but the issue was resolve asap..

All went well, especially after the front desk helped us to upgrade to a two-room suite. Don't think we would have enjoyed our stay as much had we not moved from the room we originally had to a suite. The Perla restaurant was outstanding. The food and service were great. Hotel also in a tremendous location. Easy to walk to restaurants and to catch the hop-on hop-off bus right outside the door. Would stay there again, if we can get a suite.
