For what we ended up paying for the rooms this was an amazing deal. Overall, the hotel was very nice and felt modern without feeling pretentious. The room we had felt a little dated in terms of some small details but the view and overall experience made up for anything the room was lacking. Who really goes on vacation to Puerto Rico to hang out in your hotel room?

It was so good and great and the staff were friendly

The bathroom smelled of urine. I was already tired from a long travel day, already undressed and had no idea how long it would take housekeeping to respond so I cleaned the floor myself with disinfecting wipes. The bathtub did not look clean and the last guest left some of their hair in the tub. The carpet was not clean. It's not what I expected for $400.00 plus resort fees. I've included the photo of the nasty, dirty wipe. The room lacks enough light (too dark) and plugs to power computer and phone.

Food is too expensive and it is not good. poor service at the front desk.

Needless to say, I decided not to cancel my plans and traveled into IRMA, the strongest Hurricane in History. Management and Staff kept us informed and assured our safety. They provided complimentary Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast and a secured location in the Hotel. I truly felt safe during our incredible experience. I want to return in much better conditions, but I would recommend this Hotel. Truly awesome location!

I had a great time. I totally recommend La Concha for anyone looking to get away & relax. Great for families, couples, business trips or any type of vacation. Great Staff and events.

Hotel is modern and well kept, staff is super friendly. The beaches are beautiful. We kind of had the best of both worlds, during the day hotel is quiet and at night there's music and lots of nightlife. The rooms were comfortable, with an amazing view! There are so many things to do around the area and easy to get to places like viejo San Juan by Uber or El Yunque by car rental! Will definitely be staying again!

Excellent view, clean and spacious. Would recommend.

Great location. Very centralized. Everything was lovely. I would recommend highly. Great staff, great food, taxes are very high but the overall stay was excellent.

Within an Hour Drive I could be anywhere in the island. Easy access to the main highway in the island.

Great resort, love that it was on the beach and both beach and pools were open 24/7. Rooms were clean and staff were excellent and very helpful. Also restaurants in resort were nice and service great. I would definitely recommend this resort/hotel to others.

We left our cruise at 9:00AM and arrived at La Concha at 10:00AM the staff found us a room for early check-in which left us the rest of the day to enjoy their pool area.

We definitely will be coming back to La Concha! Amazing location, staff was amazing especially Jose Cruz from Delicias! The view was incredible and the location is perfect, close to everything!

This was by far the best vacation I've ever taken. Upon check in the host was walking around passing out free sangria. There are 3 pools one is adult only and they provide sunblock and mosquito repellent for guests (not that I saw a single mosquito while I was there). Also the hotel LITERALLY opens right up to the beach! It's kinda the place to be also. There's plenty od restaurants and bars on site as well as a casino. It's walking distance from many shops and restaurants and only about 3 miles from all the night time hot spots. All in all I give 10 stars to this hotel and plan to visit again.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Pools are very small and chairs are very limited. They also fill up quite early (by10am) so you need to get there fast. Drinks are reasonably priced and quite good. The food at the pool bar was really not good however breakfast inside the hotel was great although expensive. The chairs at the beach were comfortable and towels were provided and in ample supply. They don't charge for umbrellas. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This hotel is located in Condado which has many authentic Puerto Rican restaurants that are moderately priced within walking distance. There are tons of little breakfast spots within a few blocks (cheap and delicious). I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, service over the top. Constantly being kept immaculate. Staff were very attentive and responsive to every need. There was some remodeling work on our floor during mid-week from 10 am to 5 pm. It was very loud demo work and was quite annoying for my girls room. When we complained, they immediately gave me a $100 credit and moved us to another floor. The main tower was built in 1958, but is continually being updated. This hotel is in a choice location at Condado Beach. It is close to restaurants, shopping and CVS and Walgreens. Something for everybody. While the food and beverage choices are kind of pricey, you get what you pay for, with the quality of the ingredients and the service being excellent. Ovi, our bartender at the Solera Grill was awesome. He gave us a lot of useful information about San Juan, and the Puerto Rican lifestyle. Would definitely go back.

It's our first time visiting Puerto Rico and they made it so much more fun, relaxing and accommodating for us. Thank you!

Solid hotel with full beach access and ocean views.

This hotel is extraordinary. I had an oceanfront room and the best feature was a soundproof door that blocked out all of the noise from the courtyard which the door to the room faced. When I opened the balcony door I could hear the crashing waves and once I closed it, silence. There was impeccable service all throughout the resort with friendly smiles and helpfulness at every step. My only complaint is that there is no fan in the bathroom or heat lamp light. There’s no way to dry your swimsuits as there is no ventilation in the bathroom which is a big flaw for a beach resort. After a couple of days the bathroom bagan to have a faint mildew smell as it’s easy for moisture to get trapped in the design of the shower stall. There was a motley crew of couples, families, and groups of friends. Very family friendly and gay friendly as well. Overall though, I think this is an excellent hotel, and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else upon a return to san juan.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, everything you could want was at our fingertips! I travel quite a bit and can honestly say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
