The resort is nice, the food is good and the beach is awesome. There were a lot of seaweeds on the beach and 2 people instead of picking it up were pushing it back into the ocean. The entertainment shows were horrible they only had 4 people and often used guests for their shows which were boring. This was my second time staying at this resort and went back because I liked it the first time but it has definitely gone down hill. The salespeople harassing guests selling memberships often stops you around breakfast. There were like 10 of them.
We had very bad experience coming from aeroport to hotel. We had booked around trip transfers and they did not show up to pick us up in the aeroport. We had to find a taxi to get to hotel.

I’ve been in this hotel 3 times. However, this last experience is the worst and I’m never coming back. The food was limited and repetitive. The staff was unfriendly and didn’t provide service, to get water, fork and napkins at the buffet we had to ask several times. The staff attended the whiter guest upon arrival (they were not in the vip area). Next time I’m going to Iberostar

I only stayed here for one night and I don’t think I could of stayed for an additional one. Everything in my room was broken, uncomfortable bathtub (literally needed my bf to help me to get over it) it was wild. The really do not care about reviews or anything like that.

Grounds are beautiful, lush, green and well maintained. Walkways are getting worn out, they should attend to that asap. Food is so so but ok, not really many choices for vegetarian or vegan guests. One main eating buffet location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other restaurants served sub-par a la cart menu. Staff is lovely and very hard working. There are no activities at this hotel, not good for kids 5 - 18 unless they love the beach and can keep busy at the pool and with family and friends. Rooms are huge and beds are comfortable. Bathroom has no safety handles in a very deep tub/shower...do not bring elderly guest to this hotel, it is a safety hazard!!! If you have young children, please be careful in those tubs, major slipping hazard !!!!! TV reception is awful, not super important to me, but you should be aware!! You pay a fee for daily Wi-Fi that is choppy at best! In my personal opinion...this resort is fine for a quiet, relaxing vacation where quality of food is not important, entertainment is adequate. You don't care about activities; you want a nice pool and beach access. I give it a solid 3 stars for budget friendly trip to great beach weather for a few days escape from freezing temps in NY. You will eat, drink as much as you like, sleep well and love the weather. You will enjoy your stay here if you keep my comments in mind. I will not return to this resort but look forward to trying other all-inclusive resorts in DR.

Food could be better. you have to pay 3 dollars to play 1 game on pool table. All reservation restaurants closed, disco closed…..
