All staff members were incredibly accommodating. We arrived before check in, our flight was in at noon, and they let us at least get our wristbands to walk around the resort and enter the buffet. Food was amazing, as we're the drinks! The only complaint that I may have is that over the weekend they seem to open their doors to the community, which is a great idea, however it did crowd the resort and made nightlife fun almost impossible.

Friendly staff, beautiful beach, good food, fun activities throughout the day. It would be a better hotel if it had a swim up bar.

Check in very slow, staff at the front desk pleasant and professional. This is quite large hotel, about 500 rooms. A lot of walk if you are in far buildings (6,7).No elevators (3 floors). Room was large with a terrace. Dirty comforters, left a note to housekeeping. It was removed but never replaced. Coffee pot and small refrigerator with some drinks. Bed and pillows were ok. Buffet food was not as good as I expected. Others reviews complemented the food at the buffet. Everything taste the same. Very little fruit choices and poor quality. Long line to have an omelette. Salad bar very little choices too. Service was HORRIBLE. Wait long time to be serve water or coffee. Very crowded, took along time to have a table ready and clean. Pool was large and looked clean. I did not use it. There 2 bars, one on the beach and another on the pool area. Drinks were good at one time and really bad another. Some bartenders with a little attitude and look very unhappy. Reservations have to be made for restaurants from 9 Am-12 noon. Mexican restaurant was ok. The best was Brazilian Rodizio. Excellent service, great food but get your own wine, house wine not good. Danny and his crew (Josua, Luis ) were super nice, very pleasant, dedicated and made our dinner time really wonderful. If I come back definitely I will eat there . Beach was amazing, you can walk at least 2 miles each way, plenty chairs. Water cold sometimes in the morning, but warm later in the afternoon.

It was not a good experience the room smelled like sweat and on top of that the fan wasn't working telephone neither. The drinks there gaved me a stomachache. Food wasn't that great staff were some nice and the other have rude. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first trip to an all inclusive resort and overall it was a positive experience. The food was good, not incredible, but for a buffet it was pretty good. The pool was nice, sometimes the games with the person talking into the mic got a bit old. The beach is okay. Good for walking but not the nicest beach in the DR, but decent by US standards. The vendors asking to to come to their shop gets a little old. The rooms are simple but nice. Overall, a positive experience for the money.

I loved the ocean view junior suite and the garden view is a good size too. The employees were courteous and attentive.

This was the third time at this resort, and after readying the resent "restorations" that the wed site said they had done, we were excited to go back. When we got there, we were put into building 1, with is the "old" building, and found our room to be old and the beds old and uncomfortable...We were traveling with 2 other people, and we asked to be moved and put together...we were told that there were no other rooms available. After one day in the resort, we knew that the resort DEFINITELY WASN'T FULL...so we stayed in the old rooms and sucked it up. The food was just ok, except the Brazilian rest. which was very good. The service was very good in the begining of our stay, and we tipped well, as the week went on, it became pretty terrible..the exception was the bartender Quinton...he was AMAZING..always good natured and friendly...we loved him...we probably wont go back to this resort again, unless some real improvements are made.

They dint refill your glass water wine... Even when you ask

Tuve problemas con él tel de la han, caja de seguridad y entrega de toallas y otros al reclamarlo en servicio se tardaron más de un día en resolver, tuve q llamar más de 5 veces para lo mismo

I always go to this resort close to hometown. Rooms are very clean everyones nice. Shows at night give 100 percent

Property was beautiful an well kepted In general staff was pleasant but not willing to be helpfull

This is my second time in this resort. I love it . It's wonderful. The service is great.

Limited food selection. Staff was not helpful. Room smelled like mildew and cat urine.

The is at good location, very confort, But the check in was slowly.

Hotel room was not clean. The bath tub was pooling water when I showered. They came to fix it - it still pooled, even though it was better after they fixed it. I paid extra for the ocean view from 2nd floor -- but the tall trees were obstructing my view. Food choices were good - the main buffet which is open to all was decent since there was a variety (including vegetarian, local food etc). A lot of desserts were available. The other restaurants, you had to make reservations every 3 days (or 2 days, I can't recall). The pools were clean, but I only used it once. Parking a car rental can be problematic sometimes, since the parking lot is small. No free wifi anywhere in the hotel. You will need to pay for it. The beach was okay, snorkeling wasn't too exciting, there was too much waves coming in, so it was choppy. I only saw ~5 small fishes. Alcohol was free. Outside of the hotel were other hotels, not really ideal to walk outside of the hotel. It did not look safe, I would recommend driving instead. The gym was small, but worked for me. There was no AC in the gym unless that is fixed.

The staff was great they greeted us with kindness didn't like the fact that the restaurants were full and we couldn't make a reservation for dinner also i think you should be able to keep the room for a little bit longer

Our experience was great at this hotel, I would recommend it. great for family trip with kids. many different activities and great staff. had a lot of fun with the staffs specially (Chihuahua) and Blondie very funny and great guys.

The hotel staff were very nice and always looked to accomadate any concerns. The room was ok and the only issue was the air conditioning wasnt blasting cold air but it was good enough not to go through hassle of changing rooms. The food was good although at times repetitive. The a la carte restaurants were nice and provided a good break from buffet food. The entertainment staff was excellent and made every attempt to include everyone and provide an enthusiastic atmosphere. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves during our stay and came away with nothing but good things to say.

Food was great. Staff was friendly. Not a place to be on the weekend it is overcrowded and the lines are to long. We had to stand in line for 15 minutes just to get a soda or water. Restaurants are over crowded. During the week the service is good. Animation is almost none existing.

My husbad and I went to this resort for some relaxation. It is a little on the older side but well kept and clean. Our room was in Building 9 on the 2nd floor and found it very damp and humid. The resort does not do anything special for honeymooners. We loved the pool which was large with lots of lounges. The beach was good but not awesome. Also lots of lounges which is great. We found the food in the buffet was good but building wasn't air conditioned so we were very careful about the kinds of food we chose. The beach water wasn't the best with the seaweed and water being so murky but nonetheless it was still enjoyable. Beware on the beach other staff not from the hotel selling you excursions or wanting to take you to their market - they can be pushy.
