One of the best resort in Puerto Plata

The staff was amazing! The food was 5 stars, and the beach was right there. I do recommend it.

En general mi estadía fue buena, el personal fue amable, la ubicación excelente y las áreas comunes estaban en buen estado. Sin embargo, considero que las habitaciones necesitan una renovación, ya que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y, a pesar de reportarlo, no fue solucionado durante mi estancia. Fuera de eso, disfruté mi visita.

The staff and employees were very accommodating but the resort needed upkeep and was s little run down. Only one pool, not a lot of activities. We were treated well but we were disappointed with activities like foam party. I don't believe we will return. Also, restaurants did not have many choices.

I liked the food in the Brazilian restaurant and at the buffet. What I found unique was the staff attention, they were very friendly and attentive. My only complaint was the room, when I came in the floor was wet and there was a leak from the ceiling around the ac return.

The check-in was really fast, and the food was good. The service at the buffet was okay; you had to wait a lot to be served. The bed in the double room was too small. They have to specify what kind of bed they have in certain rooms. Finally, the Wi-Fi is really bad; it just works in the lobby. Great hotel; just need to improve.

We have a terrible time proceeding with the payment with 3 hours of struggle and harassment from the personnel. They have us a link to process the payment and we procedes to do so. After we showed then the payment approval from the bank, they kept on saying they it was denied. So, they insísted to cancel the reservation and make a new one because my bank dinied the payment and it was not true. In other words they wanted to charge us more money. I sent some family local to make a payment in a local bank were they provided me with that information. In other Words, we felt hartases and we faced such a burden

This place is not as advertised most bars are closed most restaurants are closed the drinks are the cheap brands you get at the store there is hardly any entertainment the food is horrible the only place that had good food was the Brazilian restaurant the work team drinks alcohol there was no life guard the pool was super clean I can say that! It was overall not what we expected! We even checked out earlier then out date
