Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home! I adored Miguel, he made sure that my mom and I were comfortable for our entire stay. The rooms are lovely, cozy and the design esthetic gorgeous! Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks to the whole team!

Bathroom floor had a big wad of hair we had to throw away. Perfect location. Room needed minor repairs. Roof top restaurant ok.

Absolutely amazing staff from the front desk clerk to the roof top bar. Amazing views & rooms.

The hotel itself is nice but the area is wild and dirty. The people around here are crazy and do not, i repeat, do not ho out after dark in this area. We witnessed drug deals and crack pipes. We even saw a people screaming inside of cop cars and the police did absolutely nothing. We also saw a fight underneath our hotel and after the 1st night, we were in before the sun went down. The shops below are filthy and scary. The hotel has a rooftop club that brings a croud.

Beautiful view from room and of course rooftop! Front desk workers had great customer service!

Great staff. Love this hotel super friendly easy fun.

Great staff, nominally priced services at the restaurant, clean and quiet hotel.

This hotel was immaculate. The location was better than I imagined it would be. The staff was incredible upon check in. My boyfriend and I were greeted with complimentary cocktails and my daughter was presented with a Frisbee, beach ball and sunglasses. The lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room to the gorgeous 6th floor, partial ocean view with a balcony that had seating. The valet staff went above and beyond by making some special accommodations for us. The ONLY negative, and I noticed it mentioned in several other reviews, is how the hotel guests are treated once the High rooftop lounge kicks off. There is one elevator, which is fine during the day, but slows down the process of getting to your room drastically once people are trying to get to the rooftop club. The "bouncer" at the front door was unbelievably rude. He started holding the door for me and my daughter and then let it go to deal with the several club entrants lined up outside of the same door. When he let it go, the door slammed on my foot and did something to my toe, which made it hurt very bad initially, and still hurts 3 days later. The "bouncer" was unapologetic as he had to tend to his club crowd. Bottom line is, the stay at Hotel Erwin was dreamy upon arrival but the dream rapidly diminished as the sun started setting. My recommendation would be to make an outside stairway entrance to the club for non-guests. The good did outweigh the bad and I hope to be back soon!

We actually loved our first stay (2017) at the hotel exactly one year ago. This time, being a guest at the hotel we took advantage of the Rooftop event again. Like last year we basically duplicated our first stay and occupied a room and attended the rooftop event. Our table reservation happily paid in advance - it still baffles the mind why we were charged an additional $40 to gain "entrance" to the rooftop bar. We thought that would be part of the reservation we paid in advance. We checked in with the concierge at the restaurant/bar downstairs and were, upon checking that our reservation was legit, given a golden wrist band and the information that we are good to go upstairs, - just to let them know when we go upstairs, so that they can alert security upstairs. Cool. We had a drink, went to our room to change and went back downstairs to be informed, (by a new hostess at the downstairs restaurant) that we are charged $40 admission. The new hostess did check the reservation we had and just said - I need $40 from you. I was confused why we were not told that from the beginning. Why is that not pointed out clearly when yo make a reservation for the rooftop? Did I miss something here? Why did we not learn of the "Extra" $40 from the hostess the first time? Or when I booked this whole package several weeks in advance? Waitress service and overall experience was poor and not what we experienced last year. This was our last time at the Rooftop bar. Thanks!

Walking distance from the beach. Nice staff and very helpful. I didn't know it was under construction.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cute hotel and cute room design. Comfortable bed. Loved our little deck overlooking the street below. The rooftop lounge is great. Remember to reserve your seat for the sunset. Seems that there is a lot of remodeling going on but it never effected us or disturbed us. I am assuming their little restaurant will reopen. Overall, great hotel and excellent location for our long weekend. Also pretty close to the airport which is nice.

Staff was awesome, everything about the hotel was awesome

Perfect location and nice overall experience. Friendly staff and Rooftop Bar with awesome views.
