The host chose not to honor our reservation due to a dispute with VRBO. There was no communication at all. We called VRBO the day of our reservation due to not having received check in information. VRBO then contacted the host who said they would not honor the reservation. This left us in a terrible spot with nowhere to stay. We find this unacceptable.

Great location with an awesome view

Our group struggled a little finding our way in to the parking garage. We were given great instructions with pictures, it was just trickier than we thought it would be. The provided parking spots are nice to have, but very tricky to get in and out of with the minivan we rented. Also, the elevator wasn't working upon our arrival, which we found to be an issue on and off throughout our four-night stay. Residents of the condo said elevator troubles are typical. Thankfully, using a different elevator is not very far away and easy to navigate. The condo itself is spacious and served our group of four adults and two young children very well. It was easy for us to walk to restaurants and do some sight-seeing. The highlight of this reservation was the exceptional communication of the host. The host consistently responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating to my many questions and requests.

This property worked well for us, however, that is because we are pretty low-key people. It is very sparsely furnished! There were no dressers or shelves for us to unpack. We did not have any beach towels, save for one towel we found, wet, in the washing machine. The kitchen was well-supplied. View was wonderful!
