This upper level, end unit newly renovated resort condo has 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Princeville is on the north shore of the stunning island of Kauai and this resort is in one of the most beautiful spots in Kauai. The open living space has expansive wood beamed ceilings and beautiful new ceiling fans in every room. Parking is convenient, abundant, and safe. The open kitchen has a new oven and dishwasher and an ocean view (as does the living and dining rooms). Condo has brand new LG stacked washer and dryer as well as a drying rack for your fine washables.
Super comfortable king beds and crisp while bedding.
The lana'i has (4) comfortable chairs and side tables and a spectacular ocean view. Walk to the amazingly beautiful 1 Hotel & restaurants. The lawn below the condo is a perfect spot for your yoga practice or a Mai Tai while enjoying the amazing ocean and Bali Hai mountain views. Incredible sunsets! Whale watch from the comfort of the condo. Steps away from the pool, jacuzzi and Hideaways Pizza.
