We had a room that was described as having pool access yet they gave us a room without pool access. There is glaringly loud music that starts early morning until 10pm every night and we had kids in the hot tub outside our room till after 11pm. We also had roaches in our room. Quite disappointing on a few levels at the rate we paid. You can also hear everything above you and the room above us was quite disturbing. All said, beautiful property and amazing location.

Wasn't very nice for a 5-star resort. After charging the highest room rate on the island I expected more, but they kept nickel and diming you for more money the whole time. I have stayed in way nicer 3-star resorts. The only things that were 5 Star was the view, and the Gym. Everything else was average at best. Their fake effort to seem sustainable was sickening. I would never stay there again.

A cheap move for a hotel like this

They didn’t have the type of room we had booked at 4pm so tried hard to convince us to upgrade. When we said we’re happy with the room we’ve selected, they don’t have it and will upgrade us for free.
