This fabulous, ground-floor condominium offers two large bedroom suites and access to a shared hot tub and pool, perfect for families and couples traveling together. The recreation area features a spa and pool with cascading waterfall, BBQ area, and a fully-equipped fitness center.

The complex is close to the Makai and Prince Golf Courses. Just minutes away are the Princeville Hotel, the renowned Hanalei Bay, and all of the beautiful beaches the North Shore has to offer. The Princeville Shopping Center is within walking distance and the quaint town of Hanalei is no more than 10 minutes away. A short drive further, past Haena, is The 'End of the Road' which meets the trailhead to the breathtaking Napali Coast. Superb hiking for the energetic on the Kalalau Trail, leading to the spectacular beauty of Hanakapi'ai Beach.

Beautifully furnished and recently redecorated with an island theme, the condo boasts new plantation shutters throughout, 3 TVs, and an iPod docking station with two remote speakers. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and large bathroom. The condo also includes free WiFi, and a washer/dryer for your personal use. It has all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs, towels and even a cooler.

Condo was exactly as described. Neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful. Super clean, everything we needed to cook. Great location. So nice to have a full kitchen and washed and dryer. Boogie boards and chairs and sand toys was much appreciated.would def stay again.

The unit was just as described. Clean, well appointed and a great base for a North Shore vacation. The entire unit has central air, not that we needed it much in January as temps were very pleasant and just a touch cool in the evenings. I was concerned about the lanai on the first floor as these units do not have any barriers so you can just walk right up/off which doesn't give you much privacy, however as this unit doesn't look out onto the pool area it is actually much more secluded and we were able to use it a lot. Got lots of use out of the pool/hot tub, public grills and little gym as well. Check in was very easy and communication from vacasa was good. Overall a great place to stay, and we hope to again next time!

Great property but zero communication thanks to Vacasa

First off the property itself and location is great. AC is a rarity in Hawaii and this unit has aircon everywhere except the second bedroom. Very well stocked with kitchen essentials. toiletries and towels were well stocked. Very clean and well decorated. Barely 5 mins from princeville center and foodland. 10-15 mins from hanalei. There seems to be no garage remote and its annoying for someone to have to close the garage from inside everytime. The code for lockbox with physical key didn't work either. But there is NO local property manager you can talk to directly. Everything goes to a toll free outside the US who of course have no direct personal idea or knowledge of the property. They will take min 3 days to respond to any email request. I asked about the garage remote and never got a response. I mailed regarding early checkin and beach essentials 2 days in advance and they responded on day 3 of our vacation. It's a joke. And even then they provided the wrong info saying the property has no beach umbrellas and chairs whereas in reality it has 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas! Vacasa has a crazy 10am checkout compared to even hotels who will allow you till noon and they have zero flexibility and refused even a 2 hour extension unless we pay (and we know the property was free that day as we were asked if we want to extend). Good forbid if something happens and you need quick response from a local property manager.

Spring Vacation

Spring vacation in Kauai, Princeville this place was ideally located to beaches in the north shores of Hanalei Bay. First floor condo with a garage. Kitchen has all the things you need for home cooked meals.Very clean 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely Lanai to have coffee in the morning and watch the birds and chickens.

Loved the location. The home was very clean and communication with management was good.other than you were corresponding with multiple people and getting different answers. My only complaint was that the sofas were very uncomfortable we stayed up to watch movies at night and had a had time sitting. Or overall stay was fabulous and would highly recommend this place.

Princeville experience

Overall the facility location and unit floor plan were excellent. The unit photographs well however the living room furniture is old and extremely uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. Would’ve given four stars if the living room furniture had been usable. The beds and the other furnishings were just fine. Cooking utensils were lacking and there were no barbecue tools. Additional beach towels would have been appreciated. A detailed maintenance inspection by the management company is warranted. If the aforementioned is addressed, we would consider renting this unit again.

Everything you Need for a fantastic Vacation

This main floor condo with door opening from kitchen into the parking garage was perfect because our 17 year old daughter has limited mobility. She was able to get around this beautiful condo without concern of falling down stairs. The condo itself had a fully stocked kitchen with enough variety of pots, pans, utensils and plastic food containers to make cooking nice meals a breeze and allow you to pack lunches the next day. We also really appreciated the provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the garage (which we ended up paying a small fortune to rent the following week in Maui). The A/C was nice for the hot & humid days and the small but efficient electric barbecue on the lanai made dinner prep convenient (as we didn't have to walk to the pool where the community barbecues were located). Each bedroom had a TV and the living room had a larger TV with comfortable furniture. The lanai was located on the NW corner so was shaded in the morning and evening which was lovely for sitting outside for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The beds were actually comfortable and the pillows just right. The provided VACASA shampoo and rinse were much appreciated as well all loved the coconut tropical scents. There is a grocery store 5 min away, a nice walking trail along the golf course and of course, Hanalei Bay is only 20 minutes from the condo with great restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend this condo and would return.

Wonderful Experience

Nothing beats the views from Princeville! 30 minute walk to multiple beaches and 20 minutes from a wonderful view of the sunset. The condo was nice and clean and every room has a private bathroom (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Great pool as well. Owners were very thoughtful and left towels and beach chairs as well as all of the kitchen utensils we’d require.

A very nice place.

This is a very nice place and a good value in the off-season. The photographs in the listing are not captioned and can make you feel like the place has a view of the water, but it does not. This did not bother me though, because the condo is so nice and is really well appointed. There is a mountain view out the master bath, but the rest of the views are of nice landscaping and other condos. There is excellent AC, but we didn't use it much at all, the ceiling fans were plenty. There is a convenient garage to park in with electric opener. Check-in is super easy with just a code on the door to get in. The Internet connection on the TV would come and go, but again, no big deal - it seems like that happens everywhere I've been in Hawaii so far. There was only one moment when I started to question my decision to book this place, and that was on the third to the last day when a variety of ant called, "Little Yellow Ants" came out of the headboard of the bed and started crawling around the bed. It freaked me out at the time, but I have to say that the Vacasa rental management company handled the situation professionally. I called them and they sent out their lead cleaning person and she changed the bedding and took care of the ant problem. I do expect bugs and geckos everywhere I go in Hawaii, I just didn't expect them to come from the headboard of my bed. But no ants returned and the situation was handled so nicely that I went back to giving the place 5 stars. I wish I had booked this place for my entire stay on Kauai, but unfortunately I had booked the remainder of my visit in a condo in Poipu that cost more and wasn't even a quarter as nice. I think I got pretty lucky to have found Plantations at Princeville #1312 . It's an excellent choice and the rental managers really have your back.
