Come unwind in our beautifully renovated California Contemporary home. The home sits at the end of a private 6 house street and boasts incredible Mountain View’s and sunsets. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Relax with your favorite beverage on our brand new deck all while overlooking your own private pool and the stunning Hudson Highlands!!! Bring your hiking shoes because the ultra private hamlet of Garrison boasts some of the best hiking in all of New York!

This contemporary home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
One bedroom is set up as a private office (although we hope you won’t have to log in while you stay).
One bedroom is set up with a crib and changing table.
1 king in the master with private bathroom.
1 queen In 1st guest room.
1 daybed in 2nd guest room.
Giant couch in the basement that is the equivalent of an extra extra long twin bed. Sleeps two small children with room to spare. Or any adult.
2 aero beds if needed.

All closets are California closets with plenty of room for all your clothes.

The home is 3k SQFT and is situated on 2.25 very private acres with a beautiful stone wall on the perimeter. The estate is surrounded by 50 acres of state protected woodlands.

There is a farmers market across the street on Saturdays for all things local including the freshest hudson valley produce and goodies. We recommend the fresh scones and strawberries. Bring home some delicious local fare to grill out on the deck while you watch the sunset over the hudson highlands on your comfortable couch with chaise.

We have a large pool with A deep and shallow end with plenty of rafts and kid toys. Pool temp is about 80 degrees and glorious.

NO PETS. Sorry Fido. HOWEVER we know the most amazing doggie daycare down the street for your little ones.
