Fantastic and unique hotel with tasteful decor and a great location. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel room was clean and modern with an awesome view. Also the free cold beer at check in was a nice bonus after a long travel day. Solid 5 stars.

I love this place but was disappointed that the restaurant was closed. I stayed for 6 nights and had a few different neighbors-they all tried to open the connecting door and were quite loud.

Everything was wonderful about this place and its employees up until my window was broken out of my car in their parking lot. They refunded my room which was amazing of them but doesn't replace my $300 window or my saftey. Be careful in that park area folks

Really liked this property. It was conveniently located, parking was easy and staff was very kind. Checking in was a breeze since I did it online beforehand. I think we got some perks for booking through Expedia too? Room was spacious and the bed was FANTASTIC. It was firm and I love the dual comforters. The property itself looks a little older, but it was still clean. Would definitely stay again.

Pro: Easy to locate Easy garage parking Amazingly kind front desk staff Filtered water station in lobby Pre bagged ice on every floor Food and shopping within walking distance Water front park across the street, great for sunny times Fridge in room Curved shower curtain rod Tommy Bahama products Cons: Homelessness is present but not extreme One side of building faces highway on ramp, so noise Building is older I would absolutely stay here again for a short stay. If you're not in the room too long, the cost and location is hard to beat. Don't expect the nicest room. It is standard. It is clean, and safe. So that's what really mattered. I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay was perfect until checkout. Stayed 2 nights and was charged an extra hundred dollars. Twenty-five a day for parking, but we didn’t park in their lot. Plus twenty five a day for amenities? We didn’t use any amenities. I asked why, she said it’s because of the hotel location. WTH! -NO BREAKFAST, NO POOL OR HOTTUB! There were homeless tents on sidewalks near by. Scary….

Amenities fee was weird but place was awesome!

It was a good stay but I’m not sure why we were charged 24.95 per day for amenities? We used the water filter and that was pretty much it. The cocktail and food bar was closed for the season. The staff was amazing and our stay was awesome just the charges didn’t make sense, but it was overall a really good experience and in a great location, and the staff was very friendly for the most part and very kind and helpful including housekeeping.

Room was cute, lack of AC was a huge bummer, plus the windows in my room were both broken, and unable to stay open by themselves. Great staff, though! I won’t stay while it’s warm again, that’s for sure!

Have stayed here twice. It’s not as nice as other Staypineapple brands. But ok for price point. This time our room was NOT as clean as I’d expect. Coffee stains on wall and an empty dog biscuit bag found on shelf in closet made me feel like room was not properly cleaned and it felt a little dirty. Restaurant was permanently closed, but they let us use the space to eat food we picked up. Staff was not as friendly as other Staypinapple hotels. It’s a dog friendly hotel, which is fine, but when your not traveling with a dog and know the guests prior had pets in the room and it wasn’t cleaned thouroughly, it felt as if my room really wasn’t very clean.
