from front desk to shuttle driver, they made my 10 hours there work. Good breakfast even at 5::00 which is hard to find.

Clean, quiet place to stay while in Helena! Decent breakfast, helpful staff. Everything we needed while in town for the weekend.

Nice hotel and excellent complimentary breakfast. The staff was ok, not particularly friendly but my check in and check out was fast. My only complaint was that the parking lot had not been adequately cleared of snow and I had to trudge over snow piles to get from my car to the partially cleared sidewalk. That being said it was a very unusual storm for Portland and I don't believe they have the resources to handle this type of snow event like they do in my home state of Alaska. I would defiantly stay here again.

Good after they changed our room for one with heat

Hotel was overall good and the staff did a fine job but the walls are very thin and we could not sleep. Kids were running up and down the halls. Called the staff and some time later it quieted down.

clean quiet room, comfy bed, hot, well stocjed breakfast

Everything was good, other then the toilet overflow, and I have to used the toilet at the lobbie area.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The staff in general were friendly and nice. The front desk staff were not really with it. They gave me wrong directions to get to a major city destination because they didn't keep up to date on local bridge closures which took us on a adventure and cost us extra money and about an 1 1/2 - 2 hours of time combined with lots of frustration. The day of check out, we took the rental car back and then phoned to get a shuttle once we got back to the airport which is about 2 miles away from the hotel. It took almost 50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and I kept hearing from the front desk staff that it should be there, so when we finally got back to the hotel, it was 3 minutes before checkout time. We had everything packed before we left so that only took a couple minutes, but the desk clerk neglected to stop the automatic discontinue of room access, even though she knew we were going to the room to get our bags and said no problem. When we got to the room the room key didn't work and we had to go back to the lobby to get the key reactivated. She didn't apologize and just said she was busy so she forgot. Seems like that was one of her main duties.....so between shuttles she managed, etc. and rather rude behavior. I was not impressed. All the other staff in the hotel were nice and personable....I hope she was just having a bad day.!

I was really surprised. The staff was great and the room was clean. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This was not a vacation for us. We were busy getting out daughter settled in at her dorm. It was nice to be close to the airport and her school. Breakfast was very satisfying and it started out mornings on a good start. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming.

The stay was amazing the breakfast had everything I needed the room was comfortable and clean the shuttle drivers were extremely helpful everything just exceeded my expectations.

Easy access to airport and the city. Rooms were clean, though first room needed to have the shower unclogged.

My fiancée and I stayed overnight after returning from a trip. Staff was wonderful. Great hot breakfast.

very nice hotel and convenient to airport. Had every thing I was looking for..

Location to the airport was good. Very clean facility and the beds were very comfortable.

Convenient and perfect stay for airport travel. Too bad they don't offer free parking.

Great room, but a drive from other attractions including dinning choices.

the hotel is close to the airport and convenent to shopping . Free breakfast is good.

We checked in at around 11.00 in the night, they kept everything prepared and it took less than a minute to check in. Room was clean and amenities provided were sufficient and in excellent condition. Morning Breakfast was good, not so many varieties but I should say I have no complaints. I would like to refer this place to my friends and would stay here in future trips.

Nice continental breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. Only complaint:The hotel will rent their parking spaces for park-n-fly customers. You may not get a parking space if you come back in the evening to the hotel.
