Thank you! It was perfect for us and I really appreciate how clean everything was. For the first 15 minutes we were concerned that there was no air conditioning until we learned that most of Portland is not air conditioned and it was not an issue even though there was a heat wave. We were out most days doing things and at night it got cool and we could open things up and the fans did a wonderful job. It was cozy and restful each evening to come back to.

This place was very cute and cozy but the listing was inaccurate and misleading. It is not an entire home as advertised. It is just a basement unit, and the listing does not mention there are people above you in the house. During my stay, there was a lot of stomping around and dogs barking upstairs, which I would have not had expected if I had the entire home. The featured photo also shows the whole house, which you don't get access to. Otherwise the unit was small but comfortable, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It's a great neighborhood and an easy walk from Safeway and other shops and restaurants. I appreciated the good communication from the host, the washer and dryer in the unit, and the mini dishwasher. However, for the price I paid, and the listing as it currently is, I expected the whole house and that was a bit disappointing upon checking in.
