Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Portland Airport

We needed a last minute hotel near the airport, and this one fulfilled all our expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable and clean, and although close to the airport we were not bothered by noise.

I was unsure from the pictures if this hotel was going to be decent, but because of the reviews and the price we gave it a shot. I'm so glad we did! The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the decor may be a bit outdated it was still nice. We spent much time in the poo/spa area and loved it. The spa was huge. Some of the tile work was damaged, but that didn't bother me. We ate in the restaurant every morning and had an amazing breakfast that was free (you choose of the complimentary breakfast menu) and very filling. The restaurant staff were wonderful and had memorized our orders. We had a standard two queen bed room and it was huge. There was a separate living room area, which was perfect for when the kids went to bed we could still hang out and watch tv. There were two vanities, one in the bathroom and another in the room - that too was also really helpful for a family of four. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are clean and large. Airport noise is nearly non-existent. Mattress was sturdy and very comfort. Great location, restaurant was quick and delicious. This place really has everything you need.

nice and roomy, tv need to upgrade to HD tv, analog tv is too old fashion

Comfortable. Fantastic staff. Clean. Shuttle every half hour. Super restaurant.

We spent Thanksgiving at the Portland airport Shiloh Inn. 2 rooms. 3 people. No real complaints. Signs of aging but still upscale. Huge. The Thanksgiving buffet in the restaurant was outstanding! Something for everybody. Delicious. Would've liked a fan for sleeping, white noise. No glasses at the sinks. No extra blankets in case someone got cold. But otherwise, quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely go back.

the internet is not good and the internet should be improved

Think of it as a boutique hotel for millennials. Etched glass room divider and phone in the bathroom. Hits of the seventies in the restaurant. Our room even had an old Magnovox TV attached to the utility shelf in the bathroom. Everything was clean as could be for its age. Great breakfast.

Out dated decor, but clean with lots of amenities, walk to Sheri's, Shilo Rest. Free breakfast, large rooms with kitchenettes, great pool and hot tub!

Hotel staff was friendly. Room was great, bed was comfortable, don't forget to ask for more towels when you check in... I assume they are enviro conscious but only 1 of each size towel is overkill. Restaurant staff was most probably the worst I've experienced in a very long time but the food was good.

Although we stayed one night the accamodations we better then we've experienced with other hotels in the same area, near PDX. Front desk staff somewhat inexperienced, but overall service well above average.

We are only in our room to sleep. We were in town on business so that took up most of our time.

Friendly hotel staff at check in. Provided free breakfast coupon at check in. Room was very spacious and clean. The room was very dated and all the pillows on the bed were very bad. Decent option for short stay at airport

Our door was crooked, looked like it had been broken into in the past. The water faucet in the bathroom was difficult to turn on. Every time our neighbor used the bathroom, you could the water run. There were two dried out grapes on the floor by the bed, found when looking for cell phone.

When we went to check in we were told that they had had a pipe burst and made arrangements for us at another hotel, the laquinta. The clerk said they would pay for the other room. The other room was not satisfactory.

Very warm in bedroom area, There seems to be no air flow. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent room with comfortable features. Prompt shuttle to airport for early morning flight.

Free drink, free breakfast, beautiful accommodations

Had everything you could want or need and then some very nice hotel amenities
