First time since new ownership. 360 degree improvement. Clean , friendly staff , rooms updated. It was really nice. Few snags but they will correct. Like ironing board , no iron , rooms without hairdryer. That being said you call the desk and they deliver to room right away.

Check-in staff was friendly and professional. Property was until recently a Howard Johnson, so conversion and update is ongoing. Cleanliness was sub-standard: walls have stains, floor feels a little sticky underfoot, and office chair had crumbs on it.

Room had a previously smoked smell that we couldn't get rid of. There were plenty of signs saying no smoking/vaping/ smoking weed in the rooms, but it had happened- as well as the room being near the smoking area. Beds and pillows were fresh and new, that was a plus. There was no hot water, just warm water for showers. The breakfast provided was good. Staff was friendly.
