Asked for a wake up call and didn’t get it.
Facilities were clean and well kept, staff friendly and helpful. However, no fresh food available for purchase and nothing else within walking distance of the hotel.
The room was small but clean. Okay for one night.

Said they had a pool in the website, but it’s actually at the hotel next door. Not convenient wit a 2 and 5 yr old . Maybe if it said pool available nearby, kids disappointed cause it was pouring out and opted not to go

Clean and fresh hotel. Our kids love the soap and shampoo when we stay at a Tru. Great location for all Portland has to offer.
Convenience of location, lots of shopping and restaurants. Very close to airport. Great breakfast and small little variety convenience store shopping area. Clean room.

Nothing bad to say. Not even anything so-so.Staff were friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best motel/hotel experiences ever- regardless of price range.Wish everywhere we stayed was this enjoyable.
