Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

Our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected. The first room we were given was in terrible condition — the ceiling was covered in dirt and grime, and the room reeked of smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. It felt more like a run-down motel than a proper hotel. We requested daily cleaning, but it was never carried out first night. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were upgraded to a suite, which was an improvement, but it didn’t make up for the overall poor experience. Despite the upgrade, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning in the future. The lack of cleanliness standards was disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Dated decor but very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows great. Nice gym, pool, big hot tub. Access to coffee, tea, water 24 hours in the lobby. Very easy parking. Convenient to downtown portland. Would definitely recommend.

Outdated dirty rooms

pool was the only nice part about the hotel. Rooms are super outdated. Beds are rock hard, floors were dirty, found bugs in the bathroom. Rest of hotel seemed nice but rooms are not
