Quality Inn & Suites

Nice clean rooms, breakfast with real brewed coffee (instead of the cost-saving, awful instant machines)! OK location but the price gouging in Maine (due to summer tourists?) leaves a poor taste for having to pay more than really the value received. I would stay again only because they were still one of the lower costs. Room was comfy but very basic.

The night before In Syracuse, the Quality Inn was $78. Here it was $148. After I got past the shock, I realized it was high season at the Maine coast. Adjust your expectations for the season. This price turned out to be a very good value.

The front desk staff in this hotel were excellent. The rooms were nice, and the beds were above average for sleep quality. The hotel was noisy, and the breakfast area is extremely small and very congested. This is not a pleasant experience eating breakfast here. I would suggest a larger, better facilitated breakfast area should be in the workings for this hotel.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. My 18 year old younger brother had booked the hotel for us and therefore had to be the one to check in so I sat and waited for the room key on the couch at the back of the lobby. When he got to the front of the line she asked him his age and he said 18 and she gave him a dirty look and threatened that he better not trash the room. She told him that if he were to smoke in the room it would be a $500 fee which is double the actual fee that it says on the website and in the room and none of us smoke anyways so it was an unnecessary comment. She did not give him the wifi password I had to call the desk for it later that night. Before he walked away she told him that he better not disturb the other guests. He did something nice and reserved the room for me while I was up to visit and she made him feel uncomfortable and neither me or any of my family will be staying at the hotel again. It's called the quality inn & suites hotel but it looks a lot more like a motel. I'm not impressed.

This motel was easy to find and not too far off the freeway .They staff was friendly and helpful .The office and eating area was clean and updated. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The furniture and TV was updated - it fit our needs for one night. The breakfast was good and the coffee hot and tasty. The young lady suggested the best seafood restaurant in the area which was only a few miles away. The place was quiet and worth the stop.

Front Desk Staff was Very kind, and welcoming. When we checked out we we're treated the same as when we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel needs some work..the Room was clean! ( I think it may have had a previous name...not sure.... Quality Inns have gone down hill in the last few years)

We had a great stay, we arrived early since our flight was changed and they worked quickly to get us a room ready ahead of time we were so appreciative. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good! Would recommend and we will stay here on our next trip thru!

Staff at this hotel was very helpful. We felt the price was not a great value compared to our other lodging along the Maine coast. Location was not too far from the port and the surrounding attractions.

This hotel was fantastic!!!! The lobby is very warm and the staff is friendly and very welcoming!!! The room was great size and clean. The staff checked in several times to make sure everything was just right. Breakfast was perfect!!! A great variety, hot and cold and ready early. Definitely a GREAT place to stay!!! We stayed for 6 nights and became family. 😉

Evidently they have a pet policy that will take in incessant barking yappy dogs that was 2 doors down from me. The toilet seat had the structural integrity of a cereal box. The breakfast was sparse. The plastic knife was so flexible it would not spread butter. They have packed in so many chairs that it is impossible to use the ones adjacent to another. The internet makes you go through some idiotic commercial for a bank ( ? ) to sign in. The hotel promo picture must have been taken years ago. No computer or printer available. Staff not very helpful.
