The room was large and i loved that their in house products were Dove brand. I've stayed at a bunch of hotels all over the last few years and this was the most comfortable bed and pillows I've used in a long time! ALL of the staff greeted us and were personable (not just the one who checked us in). Having an on site parking garage for guests for $15/ night was a great deal and very convenient.
Pros: Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was large and warm. Good breakfast and excellent friendly breakfast service. Cons: the key cards are very sensitive. I put one in my pocket with my phone and the card stopped working, which means I couldn’t operate the elevator or get in my room. Also, dinner service was very slow even though we were one of only two tables when we arrived.

Very close to everything. You can easily walk anywhere you want. Hotel has nice breakfast. Easy to use their affordable parking.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but otherwise totally fine. HOWEVER, we went here purposely for my son's birthday so he could swim in a pool (in the winter). During the visit to the pool it was discovered that someone had pooped in the pool. So we immediately left (obviously). The hotel did not offer any vouchers or apologies for the whole situation - which left us disappointed to say the least.
