1 the room wasn’t ready till after 4:30 2 when we get to the room it’s still being cleaned. 3 woke up at 9:30 am by house keeping wanting to clean the room 4 parking is a big problem being Handicapped it’s a lot of walking to the garage next door. I was not the only one with parking issues. 5 I’ll stop now

The room was clean. The staff was great. This is where I stay when I’m in Portland. I have a new restaurant which is nice. But the walls are a little thin when there’s rambunctious kids cross the hall.

The rooms where spotless. The entire staff from the Front desk, shuttle driver, and housekeeping where so helpful and kind. I felt like I was staying with family. It helped that the hotel has a covered garage and parking was only $20. The recomendations for local and walkable restaurants were perfect. I will be back.

Staff was so very friendly, we got free appetizers for my girlfriend birthday. The weight staff was so calm and kind. Food was delicious at the restaurant downstairs. We had the room with the view and it didn't disappoint. The bed was very comfy and the tv was huge! 10/10 will be coming again!
