Seemed like full time residence for locals who don't have a home or apartment

Vehicle broke into, cops and other hotel employees said avoid the area. Manager was rude and defensive when I reported it.

Good enough for an 11 hour stop over. Not the cleanest or the nicest room. Didn't see any drug users or car break ins while I was there. I wouldn't pay more than $60 a night.

Very nice place and the staff was really good. the first room we got it was supposed to be non smoking but it was full of smoke smell. I told the front desk and they switched rooms really fast and with no problems. and that room was great!! It was clean and fully stocked we did have a stove and large fridge but we did not need it so that was ok the laundry room was neat and clean and although breakfast is a grab n go set up (muffins, granola bar ) the coffee is fresh and hot and if you needed anything the staff was there to help. we would stay there again.

Booked a King suite. Checked in and was told I got a Queen room. Not a huge deal, and to be fair to the hotel I do believe it was Orbitz who messed up to booking. But still disappointing. The front desk staff was very friendly though, and ended up refunding the entire price of the night after Orbitz was completely useless. The room was run down and oddly lacking. The TV was incredibly small, the door was so crooked in the frame that you could see into the hall from the room with the door closed (and vice versa), there was no place in the shower to put soap, and the ceiling creaked incredibly loudly anytime the people above us moved. The "kitchen" was laughably small and antiquated and only had a plate and a few pieces of silverware stocked.

Bed sheets had high levels of hair and dust, as well as bathroom towels. Room services does not service room until you check out. Poor experience overall.

No place smelled like smoke and people fighting out front when my wife checked in. People in hall all night. Only stayed one night. Wife wanted out. Would never go there again

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I didn't have the time or transport to get lunch/dinner from where the hotel was located. I was without transportation during 'business hours' and have arthritis in my knees, so found it difficult to catch lunch or dinner on my own. The room was dated and could have used new carpeting. The bed was not comfortable either. I will not use this one again if/when in Portland again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the rooms felt. Also, having the full size refrigeration with kitchen area was amazingly helpful having a newborn baby along. Rooms were relatively quiet. Location is nice and close to Portland without paying the Portland prices. Hotel is easy to get to from the highway. It is also near the outlet mall in Troutdale. I wish I would have found this place for our many trips before this!

The room I rented on line was nit the room we got. Wanted a queen non smoking from ended up with a full and smoking room

We spent two nights there, and totally feel it is the best value for its price. The room is clean, big and cozy. I love the kitchen area with everything you need besides seasoning. We cooked twice in the kitchen with the food we got from the Safeway not far away. If you don't care about if there is any view outside of your window, it is our favorite stay among all the suites like hotel. Internet speed is okay. Love the place and recommend for anyone who loves to cook during traveling!

room smelled like cigs- if not would give 5 stars!

The room wasn't clean and there were dirty dishes with caked on food them.

Overall nice accomodations, staff friendly, easy freeway access. Great value for quality of services. During the stay noticed low level of noise day and night and room and bed was very comfortable. Would liked to see more channel selection on tv but internet service very useful.

loved the fact that it was a complete studio apartment with a kitchen. it made staying so much easier! hate having to go eat all the time. more places should follow this example.

Wished they provided shampoo and lotion, next time I'll bring my own and maid service is on a weekly basis so if you stay for more than 2 nights in a row you run out of clean towels.

The room had an odd odor and the sheets on the bed were stained. The beds were small and the pillows were uncomfortable. The air conditioner did not work properly.
