There is a large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed, 1 twin sized bed, and 2 oversized sofas. There is a five burner grill and convenient outdoor shower. This house also has three reserved parking spots, four beach badges, six beach chairs, and 1 beach umbrella will be provided for your use for the duration of your stay. We had a great time at this property. We never felt cramped. The property was exactly as described. We had a great time being able to walk to go downtown or to the boardwalk. The owner's communication was excellent. We are looking forward to it again next year.

Overall it was a good stay. The best part of the house was the location. Quick walk to the beach and Jenkinson Boardwalk. The house was updated but odd layout. No bedroom has a closet. The floors were new but uneven. The water pressure was very low. Some upgraded amenities would have made the stay even better.

Great hosts! Responded very quickly, and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house is located a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and has a huge backyard with seating. The bedrooms were spacious & wifi was fast. Highly recommend!
