We enjoined our staying in this hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff

There were no bath caps, no free breakfast included and they would not accept two credit cards for payment

Orbitz overbooked the hotel and so we were turned away and sent to a “nearby” hotel (20 mins away and now 40 mins from the event we came for). The nearby hotel room alarm went off at 3:15am. Just in our room, while we were dead asleep. A TOTAL MESS!

First floor side exit to parking lot did not close. Fire door to first floor stairs did not automatically close- standing wide open. Desk clerks handed keys to rooms without asking for ID!! Confusion over whether breakfast was complimentary or not- staff were not on same page

the place is nice - quite . but with the dinning area not open - need a micr0wave in room so you can have a heat meal .

Run down facility... The linen was old and the curtains have holes. The walls and doors do not block sound.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms clean, with friendly helpful staff. The pool was open to limited capacity, which was nice, and it was in a very convenient location.

False advertising!!! You can say you have a pool and expect on a 95 degree day to wait an hour in your car because the room which was not so fresh wasn’t ready .

i had to ask everyday for my room to be made up they say if you stay more than 1 night your room is made up every 2 days that is ridiculous

Be ready for extra charges!!! When I moved out the lady on the front desk sad that the system is down so I'll receive receipt by e-mail. I didn't receive any receipt but my credit card showed extra charges. Tried to contact them to resolve the issue with no luck because only manager can help me. But manager isn't available. So now I have to spend my value time to resolve this situation. If you want to get scummed welcome to radisson.

We're so sorry that you had a disappointing experience. Like most full-service hotels, we do not include breakfast in our standard rates. We do accept most major credit cards.
