Everyone we met on staff was lovely. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We loved the piano player each night. Rooms were very comfortable.

While the location is good, view was amazing and the room nice, the walls are paper thin! The person in the next room was lowering their shades and it sounded like they were in my room!

Nice private and clean. Try to stay on the water side if you are sensitive to auto and truck noise at night.

I really wanted to like this hotel. Previous visits to the Count Basie Center we stayed at a lower cost option in Eatontown. I decided to stay here for the riverviews as an upgrade. Unfortunately, the riverview was through a multi-segmented window. The hvac unit was noisy and the refrigerator in our room was not working/unplugged. Also the smoke detector in our room was missing. As this was a one night stay, I did not complain until checkout and cannot opine on management's response. Will keep looking for a preferred Red Bank stayover.
