Great

It was run down and dirty

Bathroom door looked like it was molded. When I went to check out, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk.

Room was a little run down, but we still had a nice stay and the staff were great! Bed was really comfy.

close to a venue a group of us attended on New Year's Eve

Great location. Nice pool. I didn’t realize they bang ya extra for a “resort fee” and parking. My total was $116 with tax through Orbitz which I thought was great. Then ended up being $143. Meh. Wasn’t thrilled about that. Also the girl checking me in took forever, she couldn’t find my reservation because she was to busy concentrating on texting. That was a turn off. All and all the place nice.

Clean room No frills. The pool looked beautiful. We would stay again.

Typical NJ Motel, a little to expensive for what it is. Don't get the charge for "Resort Fee".

Great beach motel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location, close to the beach and boardwalk. Pool was well kept and clean.

Hotel's receptionist wasn't that friendly.. The grill area to barbecue had a terrible smell because the grease traps were not cleaned .

The hotel management is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are very comfortable! They offer continental breakfast with coffee and tea every morning and discounted beach passes. Nice sized heated pool and great lounge chairs by the pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Well worth the money.

Nice staff. Clean pool clean hotel room clear pool. Everything is dated. Barely any towels and no toilet tissue or shampoo. Bagels in morning was an ok touch. Loud guests... D Wrong choice for kids stay.

We maintain a clean facility, renovations where underway until the Mayor Kanitra, Council members Viatle, Byrnes, Testa voted to take our property by invoking Eminent Domain to knock it down take our parking lots and add more day tripper parking! Three of our senior councilman voted against it. Mayor Kanitra Broke the tie by voting YES. We hope to complete renovations at the conclusion of our law suit against the Mayor and his minions as their motives to build a parking lot are simply not true.

Thank you, for taking the time and providing much valued feed back. The on line pricing does not always include state and local lodging tax! As for texting while checking someone in, We will have that practice stopped!

Thanks for the feed back, We do charge a small resort fee of $12.85 per day, per room. This pays for the discounted beach pass, continental breakfast, and internet access as well as barque propane and utensils. It is an optional fee allowing us to keep prices down for those who do not have a need for these amenities.
