Host- Morris called his Canadian guest upstairs “Stupid people” I asked him to stop talking like that - he didn’t stop, and I will. The common room was unusable as we were not allowed to use a/c (México in July) No trash cans on our property (2 condos down had a small one) We were expected to put our used toilet paper and all household trash in a small can next to the toilet. Ran out of toilet paper twice during our 9 day stay. They advertised place to make small meals, but not even a plastic knife for guest ( Safety concerns 😁) Pool so hot it was hard not to call it a hot tub! Will not come back

Le dépôt de sécurité demandé a été une mauvaise surprise et je me demande encore comment je vais récupérer mon argent, puisque le transfert a eu lieu dans un Oxxo. De plus, la chambre était plus petite que celle proposée sur les photos et la salle de bain très vieille et mal odorante. Aucun frigidaire ni café à la disposition des occupants. Nous aurions apprécié savoir où se trouvaient les restaurants et avoir le numéro de téléphone pour les taxis sur le site. Enfin, il n’y avait pas de poignée de porte pour notre chambre et pas d’eau chaude pour se doucher!

Acces a la chambre tres difficile pour avoir cdes acces maison correcte mais pas de cafetière qui fonctionne femme de menage rentre des 8 h du matin dir les 3 jours et il y avait un chat etant allergique cela m,a incommode

Es publicidad falsa ! No es un hotel, es una casa divida en habitaciones. Tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos para que nos dieran acceso. Leí con atención la descripción y todo es engañoso

Me gusto la ubicación y la alberca, pero hay que dejar el cuarto a las 10am y no da tiempo de disfrutarla. Seleccioné este lugar porque ofrecía desayuno y me dijeron que mi reserva no lo incluía, así que no me dieron este servicio. No hay suficiente voltaje en ninguno de los enchufes para que los celulares carguen. Al final solo dormimos, nos fuimos sin desayunar y sin carga en los celulares. Decepcionante!!!
