Hall were a bit dank and smelly. Room was clean, spacious. Noisy due to it being sold out and busy. Price was good for what we got these days. Nice to have breakfast offered so early.
Our room had a patio door so you could walk outside. Very safe with double locks on the door. Looked like a nice pool and breakfast was more extensive than most.
Surprisingly nice. Will stay again if traveling from Burlington to Alexandria Bay.
It was very easy keeping the social distance requirements. During this difficult time it is hard to keep normal operations at peak. But everything was clean and every person was very nice. The only downside was not being told on arrival that there would be no trash or linen pickup.
Comfy beds & pillows, clean quiet room. Also, the free breakfast was pretty amazing with many food options, including eggs, bacon, corned beef hash, make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, toast, bagels, and multiple coffee, juice, dairy & non-dairy beverage choices.

The room was clean, the indoor pool was large but more seating would be nice and water or air temp could be higher when it is cold out. The breakfast area was nice food was just ok. We liked the fact that the 99 restaurant was attached to the property and the service there was great and food great. This hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and the NY to VT ferry which we like since we were visiting family in VT. Would stay again but would like a poolside room to be closer to the pool for the kids.
We had a large group (6 rooms) The staff was very helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable. We ate at 99 restaurant where again the staff and food were wonderful.
