Front desk staff were incredible.
The property would have been really nice but as soon as we walked in there was a huge sign that their hot tub was out of order. The only reason we booked this hotel instead of one that was $100 cheaper was for the hot tub. The staff at the front desk said it was written on the booking site that it was out of order but when I went back and looked I didn’t see it anywhere. Hopefully this review says someone else the trouble.
It’s nice and clean
We checked in past midnight after a long rainy drive and Chris was just fantastic. Friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We only stayed 1 night but it was perfect for what we needed.
The hotel was very very clean. I was comfortable and my family and I felt safe. I strongly recommend booking here.
I have stayed at many Plattsburgh hotels throughout the years and this was my first time at this Hampton. I was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Window faced adjacent wall less that 5 feet away. Great stay other than the view.

The staff was welcoming and checkin went smoothly. Very quiet room and comfy bed. I didn't eat their hot breakfast but they gave me a "to go" breakfast bag. Good coffee. I would stay there again.
Everything here was great except for the flat screen tv. It kept losing signal every now and then but overall great stay! As a housekeeper myself the room was very clean and relaxing!
Only problem was that their cable system is an admitted problem. My room didn't get the signal for NBC or CBS, but if you don't care about TV, it's fine.
Everything was great about our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Karen at the front desk. Room was clean, pool and hot tub fantastic. A full breakfast the next day and a nice touch of a $5 voucher for drinks at a nearby restaurant.
