Wow, the hotel was relatively clean, I did have an issue with security. In the middle of the night, at 11 PM, someone attempted to open my door. I had the hook on the door, otherwise someone would have been able to open it. I tried to call front desk, but no one picked up. I immediately remembered that I had a personal doorstop in my bag so I put that in and turned on all the lights whoever it was left. I spoke to management the next morning and while they reimburse me for the night, no attention to security was given otherwise.

Locked out of my Room after returning from dinner. Key card wouldn't work. Front desk couldn't open the door either! They said it was locked from the inside!!! I told them to call the police since I was traveling alone. They refused because it was "too late". All my clothes, toiletries and medication locked inside. They kindly provided another room for the night. I didn't get into my room until housekeeping started their rounds in the morning. Once opened, room was empty, nothing was taken and everything was exactly as it was before I went to dinner. Super scary and Completely unacceptable!

property was ok. more option in breakfast needed. they advertise that they have a pool and then they sent the message in the morning that "our pool is out of service during your stay period, if you would like to cancel". we were already on the way and when i looked at the pool area it looked like it was closed off and in no way any condition close to renovate from a long time at-least 2 years period. so why would they falsely advertise online that they have pool area that we can use during our stay. my kids were very much looking forward to the pool.
