I was told when i booked that property had a EV charging station, they didn't tell me it was only for Tesla. I booked this particular hotel to to able to charge my Equinox. I was very upset. Also only ice machine on our side of building didn't work all week. I told front desk, nothing was done

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in, room was very nice, pet friendly, fabulous breakfast (10 out of 10). Only negative was small bathroom, tiny low toilet and not great shower pressure. Will definitely stay here again - great location in Plattsburgh, walkable to anything you could want and a quick drive to anywhere else.

One staff member did not seem knowledgeable of a place we asked about from panflet in lobby and just seemed like they didn't want to be there. The rooms were a little dated and smelled musty. There were light bulbs out in both rooms. Not worth the price.
