Perfect Pittsburgh pied-a-terre.

The property was extremely well located, comfortable, and well appointed. I cooked meals, but there are many restaurants in the neighborhood too. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Overall, we had a decent stay. It is in perfect walking distance to Walnut St with shops and restaurants. Parking is difficult if you have more than one vehicle, but they do warn you about that. There were some structural issues, but we brought it to the host's attention (cracked tiles that snagged feet as they rose up and water seepage during the one rainy day we had). Also, the shower door in the upstairs bathroom sticks. The downstairs shower works great though. The floors in the basement rooms are a bit uneven, so if you have older guests, this is probably not the property for you. The inside stairs are also quite steep, however there are concrete stairs outside that are easier to manage. If you have kids, it is very comfortable for them as they have a cute kid's table, rocking horse, and plenty of TVs for cartoons lol. The deck is quite nice. We had a great BBQ out there. The area is decently quiet and safe. The property is listed as pet-friendly. While your pet can sleep with you there, the surrounding area doesn't have a lot of grass for pets to go potty unless you walk a ways down. Still, it's not too bad, and if you had a pet that did potty pads it probably wouldn't be an issue. The washer and dryer weren't crazy loud and were super convenient. Everything worked as advertised for the most part. All in all, would stay here again maybe sans pets next time.
