This spacious and comfortable place is the perfect spot close to the city but not in the city. Enjoy the extra room and the privacy of the balcony, as well as the convenience of a driveway for parking - no more hunting for a street spot! No chore list checkout! For a night out, walk to the great little bar near by to enjoy some food and a drink. Must do stairs:1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and both bathrooms are all upstairs. Plan your stay now and get ready for a comfortable & easy trip.
The main floor is the living room, dining room kitchen, and porch access point. The laundry is in the basement. The second floor has a shared full bathroom, 2 queen beds, and one queen bedroom w/walk-in closet. The 3rd floor is a king suite with an attached private full bath.

Partnering with conservation organizations, community groups worked to weatherize homes and businesses, plant trees and flowers, and add elements of `green building` to the renovation of Carrick High School.
