The only real positive about this hotel was the location. The room was not as clean as it could have been. The bed was not as comfortable as other Residence Inn locations I've stayed at. There were issues with the tv/cable signal all three nights and the front desk staff was largely dismissive when contacted about it. The air in the room was so dry that I had to boil a pot of water to keep my nose from bleeding, and the window couldn't be opened at all because the outside noise from the heat/ac units was outrageously noisy. Noise from water use in surrounding room was exceptionally loud. The pool water was far colder than it should have been in autumn. Overall, the hotel LOOKS nice, but isn't very comfortable. For upwards of $200/night, I would have expected MUCH better quality and service.

Great for a long stay—fully equipped kitchenette, spacious, clean. Bed very comfortable. A bit of street noise. Breakfast included, gym on site. The staff were really great.

The employees were very nice. The shuttle to the T was great. We went to see a Pirates game - and it was very convenient. The room was beautiful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We plan to stay here again.

Checking was busy but staff too the time to assist us and made a recommendation to take the hotel shuttle to get to the ballgame. Very comfortable room, bright and clean.

It was a very nice experienceAnd we would use the service again in the future if we have a need to stay in Pittsburgh

Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to great places to eat.

We stayed here when in Pittsburgh for a Steelers game. We were able to use the shuttle service (free) to get downtown to the T that took us to Heinz Field for free. (We used Uber on the way back.) In the morning we also used the shuttle to go downtown to a cute little Christmas market and called when we needed picked up again- so we never had to move our car. The breakfast was nice! We'd stay again!

had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn. Staff was accommodating. The only thing wrong with this hotel is the hideous carpeting in the hallways. A truly minor thing, but really? Who picked that out? .

Brand new hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Hotel is conveniently located to be close to highway and CMU. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are spacious.

Air conditioner rattled all night. Other than that a great stay. Kind of pricey though.
