Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport

There was a lot of construction around the hotel, which made it confusing to enter the property. Much of the parking was quite awkward, and the spaces were slanted down steeply toward the rooms. It was "freezing" in the hotel lobby, eating area, and hallways. Very uncomfortable. When we mentioned it to staff at front desk ("It's very cold in here"), the reply we received was "Yes, it is." There were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The room was insufficiently cleaned (layers of dust, corners that had not been vacuumed for who knows how long, squeaky beds, heater that took "forever" to warm up the room. We wanted to have our evening meal in the so-called restaurant (the "Bistro"), which turned out to be not a restaurant at all, but more like a breakfast area and which was part of the lobby. It was quite uninviting and too cold to remain there for dinner. We didn't want to go out for dinner because it was raining, so we ordered a pizza. We were charged 75 cents for the local call to the pizza joint. There was no complimentary breakfast. Also, unlike the previous hotel we stayed in, which gave us complimentary water bottles, this hotel wanted $4.00 + tax for a liter bottle of water left in our room. The water pressure was low. The tub was slippery. There was no body lotion in the room. The hallways were dim and dreary. All in all, a very disappointing stay. A bad reflection on the Marriott brand, which we'll think twice about in the future.

Loved the interior, the rooms, and the hotel bar and lobby.

Stayed for only one night. Very clean room and great staff.

Breakfast, a evening coffee, everything costs. A paper cup of undrinkable Starbucks coffee was over $2.00

Nothing really exceptional except for the staff who, like most Pittsburgers, were really friendly and helpful.

I had to book this hotel last minute. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The shuttle was an easy 10 min drive to the airport. It seems to be the room shave been recently upgraded and were quite nice and very clean.

The room was really small, and the beds are really OLD....not comfortable at all.....Definitely needs updated beds....and the squeak with every move! Thought for the price would be a lot nicer!

Was clean and staff was friendly. Will stay again!

Quick trip to PA. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful.

Great location. Very clean. Only problem experienced was the noise. The walls must be paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallways and can even hear the people in the next room clear their throats.

Quite room on a Saturday stay. The staff was very friendly towards our 5 and 6 year-old. Kids used the pool. Small area and VERY loud in the pool room as every noise echoed off the walls. The center courtyard of grass and patio was great for relaxing. That was a nice touch. Room was as expected, clean and comfortable. My wife complained of hearing some planes landing during the night, It is near the airport after all. I am a light sleeper but I must have been tired. I did not hear the planes. We would stay there again.

Despite being near the airport, this hotel was very quiet

I had a great stay!!!!! The staff was helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed the bar.

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful and shuttle was on time and very courteous.

Good place to live. Near to the airport. Do have shuttle to the hotel. Got free Wifi, but it's a little bit slow. Still works

Everything was good except we did not ask for a hanicap room. It would of been nice if we would of got a regular room. The room was clean and the workers were pleasant.
