Surprised with how much room there was at this property. It's right off the highway ... and literally everything is close ... restaurants, gasoline stations, etc. But, there is A LOT of traffic!! Staff was wonderful ... Mini breakfast was good with quite a few options!!
Price value relationship was quite good for us. I can see how some others have had issues - we did not. Rooms are clean, walls are thin - get the top floor like we did! Breakfast in the morning was sparse - out of many things. Hidden gem is the Otis spunkmeyer cookies to the right of check in.
Room was great and it was walking distance to a few fast food places. My only issue was I went to get ice from the ice maker and there were black flecks in it. I think they came from a charcoal filter, but was not going to risk it.
We needed a place close to I-70 as we were driving through to Maryland. It was perfect for our needs.
When we showed up to check in there were two cop cars handling some issue. When we checked out there were two kids shirtless hanging outside the entrance. One of which was fanning himself with a stack of 100s.
The only good thing is their breakfast and breakfast staff. Upon arrival the staff stated i didnt have reservations then the keys didn't open door this was a total systems error other patrons had this issue. Then elevator stopped working. Rooms where spacious but outdated. Got 2 queen suite joke the second bed is where the seating area used to be leaving only one chair and desk. Beds on edges worn from having to sit. Room not COVID santized we did it. The stairwell smelled of mold and mildew. Totally unacceptable and GM didn't come in to address issues.
Had to pay $50 deposit on top of room rate??? It wasn't dirty, but it was outdated and not well decorated. Needs a lot of TLC.
Very clean and quite affordable for a suite. Right next door to an affordable sit doen restaurant. I would gladly stay there again.
Older outdated hotel, the bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned. The beds and pillows are terrible. When you get there they charge a random extra $50 deposit to my credit card on top Of what you already paid for the room. It’s says they have breakfast but when we went to the front desk they didn’t have it ready even though we ask for it the night before, my coworker ask for coffee and it was basically empty and cold at 7:45 in the morning.
The property is a little out of the way but very secure. The Breakfast that they serve was quite good with a nice selection of hot food.
Convenient location off interstate; Didn’t have my reservation; computer glitch? Waited for an hour to straighten that out; no compensation for the inconvenience; large room but old facility which had been updated but still lacking; quite expensive for what it was
