B-day family trip

We stayed 2 nights and it was ok up to a certain expense. We were a party of 8 so the adjacent room was good! Pictures are deceiving! The sheets were torn and some with stains! They made our beds everyday but kept the same sheets because my pillow had the same stains on the same spot! We spot roaches in the room! The place is well located near everything and their attention is awesome! Just need some TLC!

Location was good as it’s very close to Patong market. Facilities were very run down, shower water is leaking from the hose than coming out of the shower head. When other people flushing their toilets, we hear about it in our room. Bed sheets are old, grey/yellow ish instead of their normal white, and have tears or holes. Our room was not cleaned for us when we checked in, we found hair/sand in our beds, bed sheets are stained, shower bottles half used & open, floor has residue food on it. We had to insist that it be clean again with bed sheets changed. The lady on the counter also refused to give us breakfast even our voucher said it’s breakfast included. We checked out the next day even when we have paid for 6 nights. Very unhappy with the overall experience

Sir not working properly, if you going with children it not good because the room is very close other people complain. Life sensor is not good . Don’t try to put your hand. No parking facility Good things: The workers are very good and helpful

The hotel room was clean and the staff were always friendly. Room was good for the price and because there wasn’t much at the hotel it made us want to go sightseeing for the day. It had air conditioning and the breakfast was good.

Great Stay there again (in 6 months)

Breakfast good, but we had to confirm and clarify with Management that despite that we chose our rooms with BF.. they had to check it with their Manager.. Back again to the same guesthouse in 6 months.

Get shocked,,, when they say asking to pay one more time,,, then they say system never capture,,,, there is no coupon or ticket for morning break fast,,, when me and my family with kids go have a break fast they give me a bill to pay which give me another shocking ,,, as My package already include break fast,,, so next 2 days I scared to eat break fast or any service scared they going to charge,, rest all it’s ok,,, please have a proper communication

camera piccola ma servizio ottimo

purtroppo la cosa che ho notato a patong e' che quando paghi gia' lacamera prima del soggiorno tendono a darti la camera con piu problemi,la mia non era assolutamente 25 metri quadrati(io ho contato 6 passi per 6 passi)l'aria condizionata pur essendo nuova era rumorosa,e quando andavi sul balconcino vedevi solo i pericolosi fili elettrici(bastava allungare una mano per toccarli).la cosa che mi e' piaciuta di piu' e' che loro non mi hanno mai disturbato per la pulizia della camera.e che le ragazze di servizio erano tutte grandi lavoratrici.se mi avessero dato la camera di 25 metri quadrati penso che questa poteva essere la migliore guesthouse della zona.
