First holiday to Thailand and we thought this was a Great place to stay. We stayed here 11 nights. Very central to main area Patong. The man who showed us our room, not sure of his name as his badge said Trainee, was fantastic. He was so enthusiastic with a great smile. Cold pressed pineapple juice and cool washers were a great welcome to the high humidity. Room cleaned/tidied daily with no complaints - always fresh towels and fresh sheets when requested. Soft drink and water was always available free in the fridge. Spare thongs, slippers, beach/pool towels and beach bag available to use. Pool was lovely, a bit warm but that's just the weather. Afternoon sample foods were brought around most afternoons which was a pleasant surprise. Check out was simple and easy, although they do get housekeeping to check for missing items before they finalise your bill, lucky we didn't decide to take anything. Free drinks and fresh fruit on day of departure was lovely, shame the dreaded upset stomach hit the last day so I couldn't enjoy it, rather laid on the foyer lounges feeling sorry for myself. Only issue we had, our friend stood on a light in the pool area which threw electricity through his body, if it was a child the consequences would have been catastrophic. It was rather scary. We informed reception and there didn't appear to be much concern. They said they'd inform maintenance but didn't actually ask which light do god knows if it was actually checked. We just avoided stepping in the deck lights. Would stay here again.

What an enjoyable 4th stay at Nap! Check-in was smooth and we were given our room an hour later. The room was clean, and our towels were changed daily. Breakfast has always been a good selection, and I always enjoy the free mini-bar that is available in the room. I was also surprised to learn that I had a complimentary departure drink before leaving the hotel - and it was certainly a refreshing drink for the hot day! Thank you to Su from the Reservation Team for arranging my stay. I hope to return to see all of you soon! หวังว่าจะได้พบคุณเร็ว ๆ นี้

We cannot say enough great things about the Nap. My boyfriend and I wanted a place near the beach and the nightlife where we could relax and soak in the wonders of Phuket on our first visit there. This place was not only exactly what we wanted, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed five nights here and could easily have stayed a month, and we would have loved it. You are steps away from Patong Beach (even though the beach itself is a bit touristy for our taste...we didn't spent much time there) and about ten minutes walk from all of the night life. We stayed in late April, which is at the end of the peak season, so the hotel was fairly quiet, and we got our choice of rooms. They have eight 'moonlight deluxe rooms,' which are nicely appointed mini-suites with private balconies and then a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop terrace. And, we got the absolute best room in the entire hotel! The moonlight deluxe room on the end corner facing Patong Bay! So, we got our own extra large private terrace looking over the Bay and the Bhuddist temples below, surrounded by trees, with lovely views of the town, the green hills in the background and a nice tropical breeze blowing on us as we sipped cocktails while watching the sunset. Service is outstanding. Wherever you go, they will drop what they are doing to give you the traditional Thai greeting with the cupped hands, the customary smile and "sawatdee ka" (or "khrap" if it's a guy). One of the best things about the hotel is At (I hope we spelled your name right!). He greeted us in the driveway just as our cab pulled in. Escorted us up to our floor, carried our luggage and then showed us a couple of different rooms to see which one we liked best (of course we chose the room on the end with the private ocean view). He even insisted on running downstairs to retrieve my sunglasses when I clumsily dropped them over the side. He and his team were always right at the ready whenever we needed any little thing. They treated us like royalty. It was brilliant. The buffet was lovely. They weren't as on top of us as hotels in Bangkok, which we liked, because sometimes it's nice to be left alone until you need something (rather than your plates disappearing from beneath you the second you take your last bite). We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Quiet, comfortable, modern, clean and with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. I will stay there again and again whenever i get back to Paton Beach. Unless you are a family with small children (which this place is definitely not suited for) then you could not possibly go wrong with the Nap. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A relaxing calm atmosphere, fantastic food and great location but it's the staff that really make this hotel outstanding. Art greeted us at check-in and remembered us from the previous year which was lovely and Mr Pla, Thin and Eit took very good care of us at the bar and in the restaurant over our 10 night stay. As always, the room was perfectly cleaned every day and we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the pool. The hotel is only around 10 walk from Bangla Road which to good to try and walk off some of the cocktails! Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, we'll be back again.

We had not visited Patong for many years making Bangkok and Pattaya our usual haunts, what a supprise in both Patong and the Nap Hotel. We had pre booked elsewhere but had a few day where we had nowhere to stay, we decided to look at the Nap Hotel, on arrival at the resort we where met by a charming and very enthusiastic manager by the name of Art, we told him our story that we where looking for somewhere peaceful and luxurious for our last few days. Art then took us through the resort and its facility's, the resort was more than we expected, stylish and had everything one could want in a luxury resort, the pool area is spacious with a more than generous swimming pool, plenty of lounges and yes bar service and food service, the bar itself is stunning as is the sunken restaurant, breakfast was more than adequate with a chef available to tend to your every culinary needs. The entry to the resort is open plan and again stylish, Art said that the minimalistic decore gave more room for guests to move about without the clutter you sometime get in other resorts. From there we went and viewed the suite available to us at that time, again brilliant, seperate bedroom and living area with a huge spacious bathroom with an oversized bath, yes a real bath, hard to find in some resorts. The bed was so comfortable, and the clever use of the retractable walls between it and the living area, very clever. The balcony also had to two sun lounges and a sitting area, with overhead fans, it was huge, and also looked over the bay of Patong. I and my partner could not fault this resort, and thank Art and the team at Nap you certainly know how to treat your guests and this will most certainly not be the last time we stay in this wonderful resort. We are now looking at changing our plans for December and stay again with Art and the team.

Had a great holiday in Phuket at Nap Patong - the hotel and its staff were excellent in every way - smart modern decoration and furniture - friendly and professional and efficient service - convenient and easy location.

Very good and respectful people Free mini bar Free wifi Near bangla road and patong beach Excellent breakfast Highly recommended for everyone who want to make activities while in phucket. Your room is provided with everything you may need

I wonder why this hotel is rated very high in the reviews. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Goods: Nice breakfast, Comfortable bed, near to beach, free mini bar Bad: Some unfriendly and rude receptionists, Staff speak little English, Far from Jungceylon mall and Bangla road, Poor lighting in room, Room is kind of boring and basic, Boring swimming pool, Tiled floor In general, I don't think this hotel is suitable for families with children. for example, my 3 years old son wetted the bed on accident and the hotel insitsted on paying a 1000 baht fine to clean the sheet!!! I can understand if it is a budget hotel but this Hotel presents itself as a luxury hotel !!! My family and I have visited phuket many times and stayed at many hotels but never had the same issues. Thailand is famous of its hospitality which this Hotel lacks.

I almost forgot to review this hotel, but I couldn't miss revieiwing this luxurious, yet afforable hotel. We were truly lucky to choose this hotel instead of booking our earlier choice of a much more expensive hotel. The hotel was super near Patong beach and all the nice restaurants along Patong. The staff were accomodating and friendly. They assisted my boyfriend an mother in preparing a lot of birthday surprises for me. They weny above and beyond what they were required to do. Tje General Manager even greeted me a happy birthday. The hotel facilities were also fantastic. I love the swimming pool and their spa. I had a massage at their spa and it was super relaxing. All in all, I would surely come back to this hotel next time I am in Phuket.

This a great hotel. Very good location to shops and beach. Very clean...... and I'm fussy ! I had Daydream Room 214 for 9 nights and loved it. The breakfast is sensational, good fresh tasty well presented food. Great firm bed with great pillows too. Staff in all areas are great. Especially Art at the front desk, Mam a supervisor, they are very customer focused and look after your every detail! Sunny in the tour office is great too as is Bim who is in housekeeping and looked after my room. Good modern amenities and would stay here again. Well done management of Nap Patong for employing great staff..... Look after them, they deserve a salary increase.
