second time here, but this time to cheaper room, was very small. if you can, choose the one with private pool. all rest is inside average 3-4 stars hotel, much better than almost all options in phuket.

No wifi unless you sit in nice foyer Large breakfast spread and staff will cook eggs or scrambled eggs fresh n to your taste

All in all decent but VERY expensive for that location.

The hotel was enough good , its location is near from city center patong and the most important is that it loved the beach . I see the price was little expensive .

We stayed at The Bliss hotel for 8 days. The hotel is in a great location with a friendly staff that were always helpful. The rooms were clean but the beds are the worst. They were so hard we had a hard time sleeping. The staff tried to fix the problem by adding a little pad but didn't help much. The hotel is right across from the beach on the south end of Patong beach where it is quieter but still close enough to walk to everything. Tje drinks at the bar were good and very reasonably priced.

nice hotel, great sea view and friendly staff. The location is about a 10 minutes walk from the main drag but very quiet and with an lovely view when you wake up in the morning.

When we came to this hotel we were disappointment. We booked the standard room and It looks like the renovation in this part of hotel is not finish yet. The bathroom needs to be update. But view from the balcony is worth everything, this is one of the most beautiful view we have ever seen. Location of this hotel is much better than other more expensive hotels in Patong Beach. Restaurant is good also and staff is very friendly.

perfect location, nice staff, not the room that I request , so I have to upgrade to a villa, but other than that good place

Everyone was great the only problum was and this is big ror me is the bed SUCKED!! I travel up to 42 weeks a year and this was the worst bed I have ever slept in. It hab no give it was like sleeping on the floor. I could not get a good rest and that is what I went for. I said something to the staff and they told me that they get that complant all the time. That it is not ther falt but the owner will not chang them. For this reasion I would not go back.

(Please read the whole review, as it goes from bad to much better) I had booked this through [...]based on reviews, price and pictures. ***The pictures are misleading***. All the pictures you see are of the suites located in the NEW wing of the hotel. The Superior and Deluxe rooms are located on the old wing. After arriving to the hotel - a good 45 minutes from the airport in Phuket - my girlfriend and I were incredibly disappointed with the room. It was VERY small, the furnishings old and flimsy. The bed was hard as a rock and the balcony was tiny. The bathroom looked to be completely plastic with a small-ish tub/shower. The pool in the front of the hotel is small as well and unremarkable. We immediately went down to reception and asked for a different room. They tried to give us one on the 4th floor (better view) but I asked whether it was any bigger and was told it was not. I told them that the pictures of the hotel are misleading and was told that the hotel isn't responsible for what pictures are posted on [...]. I had a good mind to demand a refund and leave!!At this point, I was offered - for an additional 2000 Bhat a night (we were staying 5 nights so a total of about USD 340) - a suite in the "new" wing. I asked to see the room and was ABSOLUTELY blown away! The suite is HUGE (akin to a 1 bedroom apartment) with completely modern furniture. The living area has a couch, coffee table and flat panel TV with tiled floors. Just off the entryway is a very nice and large desk (something I'd needed as I had work to do during my holiday - also the free hotel WIFI is great). There was a small-ish kitchen tucked away in a corner with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and cupboard. No stove or microwave, but this is a hotel. Through the living area is the bedroom. THIS is what's pictured on [...]. It was AMAZING. Huge bedroom with king bed (still very hard mattress though), a dresser and vanity mirror, and another flat panel TV across from the bed. Immediately to the left an ample his/her closet (you have to ask for more clothe hangers) and the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom is AMAZING. Very modern style with toilet, a stand-in shower that is all glass and looks to the street outside!! (A portion of the glass isn't see-through so no one stares at you from outside). There is a bench and rain-shower included. One downside was an eye-sore in the form of a urinal, but, as a man, I found it somewhat convenient. Straight out of the bedroom is the deck with 2 sunchairs and a table. We stayed on the first floor and sacrificed a nice view for our very own jacuzzi/pool! THIS is what we envisioned this hotel to be! There's also a second pool on the second floor (!!) that is much better than the one out front. It's not deep or wide but very long and a nice place to swim, read a book in peace, etc. when you don't feel like going to the beach which is just across the street. We took the suite for the extra money, which was absolutely worth it. After everything was sorted out, the hotel staff were very pleasant and always helpful with anything and everything we needed. We even got a free cheese cake because they thought we were honeymooners! As I had booked the room with breakfast included, we were able to have breakfast every day. Can't say it was excellent, but it was good enough. There's a selection of fruit, cereal, juice, french toast, pancakes, breads, sausages, ham, beans, rice, chicken, noodles and eggs made to order including omlette should you want one. The staff is pleasant and will bring you coffee. If you're booking this hotel, make sure to get a suite as it is definitely worth it. If you truly don't care about accommodation, then go with a deluxe or superior room for the value. The hotel is situated toward the end of the shopping area of Patong Beach but everything is within walking distance. If Bangla road is your destination, take a tuk-tuk, not so much because it's far but beca...

The Bliss Hotel was really good for honeymooners and the people who wants to relax.very nice seaview, though we didn't get any appreciation as we honeymooners, but that suite with the jacuzzi was nice. the breakfast is not good at all,we booked with breakfast but we did ate only 2 times as my husband had vomitted

Only half this Hotel is Bliss. This Hotel is listed as 5 star on the website. We booked a non refundable room last minute and we showed up expecting a 5 star room. Upon arrival reception was unable to locate our reservation and told us since they were full they could give us a room for one night but might have to move us the following day despite our three days paid up front. When we got to our room it was NOT the beautiful, new room we saw online. It was a dirty, old, two star at best room. The toilet was dirty and not flushed from the previous guests, the bed was hard as a rock, tv was old, and for the discounted price we paid online it was totally overpriced. We disputed the situation with reception and they escalated to the manager indicating there was nothing they could do as it "wasn't their fault" the room was misrepresented online. With some negotiation the manager offered us a suite for $30 more/night than what we already had paid. Although this was more than we wanted to spend on a hotel per night, it was still a bargain in comparison to what was available in the 5 star hotel range. The suite was beautiful! It was on a secondary wing that was completely upgraded and remodeled. The manager also threw in an upgraded American breakfast wich we were happy about as the continental breakfast was meager at best. The room was large, modern, clean, and had an amazing view of the Adaman Sea like all the rooms at the Hotel, two and five star. It was near the second pool which was newer and nicer than the main pool near the street. The location is excellent for Patong Beach. Although it was loud due to traffic from the street. It was as close to the beach as you could get for the Patong Area. It also was near all the action and hot spots at Patong Beach but also off to the side. It was loud but still as quiet as your going to get in Patong. If you are going to book anything less than a suite in this hotel it is not worth it. Your better off staying in a hostel. But the suites are amazing, and despite the hic up at check in, we had a nice stay and were pleased by there accomodation. Apple at reception was amazingly helpful and friendly. Book a suite, it's Bliss.
