We stayed for 10 nights and found our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. Firstly, the staff are extremely rude & dismissive . We found that they were not willing to accommodate or even present themselves as professionals. The rooms are average, nothing special maybe 5/10. The location is good though, only few minutes walk from main streets / events. There was a group of 6 of us and we all felt the same sadly. Furthermore, on check out they wanted to charge us a full day stay because we requested an hour extension after check out. Very disappointed and will not stay there again !

The staff was very courteous. Room set up was great but the only issue was the air in the room. There was mold like smell that I think can be resolved with a deep cleaning of the AC vents and placing a humidifier in the rooms. To add, the swim up pool was gorgeous! Overall, it was a great stay

My friends and my family were wery satisfied with our 6 days at M Social, Sunkissed Wing. A few things that could make a better comfort and hospitallity: 2 wine- and drink glasses in the room, a glas for toothbrushes, a bigger hanger for swimwear "in the end of the shower maybe" . Used the gym everyday and Moss who looked after it provided excellent service, great ambassador for the hotel. The hotel is clean with everything you need, it backs onto the shopping centre and across the road is the entertainment destination for Phuket. Stayed 2 weeks this visit next stay will be 4 weeks can't speak highly enough of the hotel.
