I stayed in one of the pool and Beach front villas. It was amazing. I got a private pool and direct access to Patong Beach. It was located centrally to everything from shopping, restaurants and outdoors activities. The staff were so nice. I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I started to cry when I had to leave. The staff was like family and the hotel was like a home to us. I couldn’t of wished for a better place to be. The Manager Rathipat (Lateefah) is absolutely amazing.
If you want to explore the Patong beach and the town, it is the perfect location.
Its great location, friendly staff, only thing keeping I feel from getting a 5 star rating from me is there are some maintenance issues on and in the building.
Great location right on Patong Beach with poolside chairs that look out onto the beach. There are two pools in the hotel and they were both relatively empty all three days that we were there which was nice. The rooms are decent, but I did expect a bit more luxury from a five-star hotel, especially for the price compared to other properties in the area. There was also a lot of construction going on around the hotel, making it pretty noisy and not very relaxing.
Nice place on the beach in the middle of it all in Patong. Right next door to Starbucks. Fantastic breakfast buffet spread and very attentive staff.
This is the Best hotel we have ever stayed at and we have visited phuket several times and nothing compares to the La Flora. I wish I could live there! They go above and beyond for their guest but they make you feel like family. I will never stay anywhere else in Phuket.

This is, without a doubt my favorite hotel in the whole world. The rooms are lovely, the staff is friendly, and the location is unparalleled in all of Patong. I wish I could keep La Flora all to myself, but it is too wonderful not to share with everyone. The staff remember who you are and what you like at breakfast, housekeeping is quick, unobtrusive, and excellent, and the security will always stop traffic to allow you to cross the street. My partner and I were recognized as returning guests and were given a souvenir photo to commemorate our visit. Our stay was a wonderful vacation, and we cant wait to go back to spend time again with our friends at La Flora.

1st time in Thailand we stayed at another hotel prior in Phuket. Nothing compared to the La Flora.
This was a nice resort. The staff were amazing. Helpful and so kind. Food was decent. Surface bar on roof very nice. Spa was AMAZING. Excellent facility and therapists. Beautiful grounds. Only downfalls in my opinion was pool was a little cold every day, the hotel had need for cosmetic improvements in some places (for example, towels laying on ground to catch water in places). But for a boutique hotel and the location, it was very nice. Would recommend.
Im not sure I can say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff is! The hotel is in a perfect location. Must stay!!!
So happy we stayed at LaFlora. Every person who greeted us and helped with our needs was kind, gracious and accommodating. The hotel is clean, spacious and in the middle of it all. The beach in front is a small but perfect strip of quiet. Highly recommend visiting the beach bar ! You will have it all to yourself and the Long Island Ice Teas were excellent!
