I wish I could give this place more stars because I just had the best stay there. We were originally booked in for 5 nights because we didn’t want to commit to Patong if we got tired of the party atmosphere. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights because they were able to get our friends in a few doors down on the same floor, and we were already having a great stay! The front desk staff are so great (especially Biwty!) they’re friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was amazing for the price!! We had a deluxe jacuzzi room, which has a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. Both are amazing, which is great because it’s impossible to go out in the Thai humidity and not come back soaked in sweat! All the amenities were exactly what we were expecting. The only negative thing I can remember is that I wish the mini fridge was colder! The location is PERFECT if you’re heading to Patong to shop, drink, eat and party. It’s literally a block from Bangla Rd and Jungceylon Mall. I’m definitely staying here again next time my friends and I are in Patong!
Already from the point of booking the service was just lacking. I requested for late check out but never received a response, not even when I sent in 2 separate emails to confirm. And it just went downhill from there: when we reached at the hotel we where received by very unfriendly staff, no welcome drink and towels (which later we saw everyone else received). The staff (her name was Nicki) was extremely unwelcoming, seemed to be angry with us to make her work... first she refused to confirm our late check out, even though we showed her our confirmation email (which we worked hard to get!). Whenever we asked her questions she was murmuring things in Thai to herself first before answering us very condescendingly (for example we didn’t know that there was a deposit required per room, as it was never mentioned in our booking confirmation, then she told us “you must read first!!”). After finally getting our keys and going to the rooms, ready to change and sleep (we arrived at midnight and were tired from or flight), Nicki and her male colleague came angrily knocking on our door telling us we didn’t pay the full deposit amount for our rooms (which was 4000 baht, and they claimed we tricked them and only paid 3000 baht). Since we were sure we paid the correct amount we asked them if they checked correctly and double checked on their cctv cameras as well. They started raising their voices. Somehow we managed to keep calm and tell them that we would like to check the cctv cameras and if indeed we didn’t pay the correct amount we would of course top up the missing money. This somehow enraged Nicki and her colleague and they started shouting at us, pointing fingers in our face and talking to us as if we were criminals. They threatened us that we will have to talk to the hotel manager the next morning (it felt like they wanted to throw us out of the hotel). Well, in shock by this response and threat, the next morning we went to the front desk and requested to talk to the manager about this. A lady at the front desk told us she was aware of the issue of “the missing money” and that they had realized that we did pay the correct amount. Still in shock by this undeserved bad treatment we asked to talk to the manager and for an apology from Nicki and her colleague. Since the manager wasn’t around, we were told he would contact us later during the day. As you might imagine, the manager never came to look for us, and no one else from the staff tried to fix our mood and turn around our experience with this hotel. The next day we asked again to talk to the manager, luckily the director of operations was around and we could tell him our story. Unfortunately nothing much was gained by doing so, the hotel still didn’t try to mend our bad experience. Unfortunately this entire experience overshadowed our holidays, which we didn’t manage to enjoy as much as we would have wished. Location is ok, very central thus loud at night, breakfast closes way too early and has a basic selection, airport transfer requires additional payment, which is more expensive than taking a normal taxi from the street. Cleanliness is average, not very thorough and the room furnishing is minimal. Only highlight are the stuffed sheeps and the toiletry in sheep packaging. It is a shame, the concept could have so much potential, but the staff is just lazy, unfriendly and unprofessional. Don’t stay at this hotel if you want an enjoyable stay!
What a nightmare! I tried to contact them to ask for a late check out through agoda = no answer. Sent them a direct email the day after = no answer Sent them a second email after few days = no answer I called them and a lady with a very poor English replied that the person who answers the email is not around. I asked her about a late check out and she replied I need to send an email, which sounded to me like a joke looking at the past experience. After another 2 emails they got back to me with a confirmation of a late check out for the price of half night. Once I checked in, the lady at the front office (Nicky) welcomed us with a very annoyed tone. I informed her about the late check out and she replied that it's not possible. I showed her the email and she looked at me upset mumbling something in Thai. Suddenly she requested me to pay a deposit of 4000$ Bath which was not mentioned in the email confirmation. I passed the amount since I was very exhausted from the bad experience and headed to the room. This is where the unbelievable happened. Around past midnight I hear knocking on the door of my room. Outside the room there was Nicky and who appeared to be a Supervisor. He was pointing a finger to my face and they accused me to give them on purpose 3000$ Bath instead of 4000$ and to give them the 1000$ bath remaining right away. Shocked from what happened I first requested to move the finger pointed to my face and then requested to have a look at the cctv camera before passing any money over. The supervisor with a very angry tone replied that they counted the money and there was 1000$ Bath missing hence this was my fault. I managed to keep my calm and requested to speak with the hotel Manager and go through the camera with him the day after since i was already asleep and confused. After few more minutes of arguinjg these two people left and reminded me several times that I need to check my money. Fist thing in the morning I approached the front office and requested to speak with the Hotel Manager about the inconvenience of the day before. A lady (I can't recall the name) told me that she heard about what happened the day before and apologized since they found the money missing. Very angry for the abuse received the day before for no reason I requested again to speak to the Hotel Manager and the lady informed me that he will contact me since he was not around. A day went by and nobody contacted me, hence I went to the front office to ask again without success. Another day went by and finally a lady told me that he will speak with me soon. I met the Director of Operation who listened to the whole story and apologized for the inconvenience. I asked him to have an apology from Nicky and the Supervisor directly for the horrible experience I had to go through. In the evening I received a small platter of fruit without any note which I sent back since I didn't request one. I bumped into the Supervisor and Nicky several times and only the Supervisor apologized once while Nicky every time looked at me annoyed. Needless to say that this was a terrible experience and what shocked me the most is that nobody cared to try to fix it. Just don't go there.
Beautiful hotel which is located just next to Jungceylon shopping mall in the heart of Patong. Accessible to wander around Phuket, though its about 45mins from the airport. Thanks to Bee for the prompt check in experience. Quick delivery of luggage by Concierge Key. Special mentioned to Biwty for taking her time off to show us a few rooms category as we were planning to stay again in December. And not to forget Chef Deenas at the egg station whom never fail to smile at every guest! And lastly to the room attendant whom without fail to make up our room everyday, thank you so much. You guys are amazing and made our stay enjoyable!
Sleep with me hotel The second leg of our Thailand trip took us to Patong Beach in Phuket where we spent 7 nights at this hotel Pros: Nice big room. Bed was big and comfortable (6”3, 15 stone). Great central location. Clean. Breakfast was included. Free safe in the room. Good size roof top pool. Roof top bar. All staff we found to be very friendly. Good room amenities shuch as shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush, tea and coffee. The hotel has a different buffet on each night (this is also a con so see below). Cons Deposit of 2k BAT needed to be left in cash and not card as “card does not work”. WiFi in our room was unusable, no signal to load ever google sometimes (works fine in lobby and pool and bar area). I found the pool bar area very expletive for food and drink 130bat for a bottle of Chang (£3). The buffet is about 469 - 669 bat each depending on the type of buffet. you can easily get a meal for 2 for less than that out side of the hotel with beers. But what bothered me was the lack of people actually using the buffet and it seemed like there was a lot of wast to me I mean I was lucky if I ever seen more than 4 tables being used daily. I think they should either reduce the cost or bump up all the room prices and have the hotel run as half board. We had one bad towel put in the room but this was obviously just an over sight by the cleaners who done a great job every day. Would I stay In this hotel again ? Yes providing the WiFi through out the hotel is updated.

We loved this hotel for it's good location and clean rooms. It's near the Jungceylon shopping mall, very close to the Bangla Road and Patong beach. You can find anything to eat or drink easily in this way. Rooms are a little bit small but beds are comfortable. There is a small pool at the top of the building with a good view and a good bar. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with lots of fruits and juices. Wifi was good enough.
I will start by saying the good things about this hotel. The location is very nice. You can get to anywhere in patong. If you staid in building B it would be more quiet because its facing the other side on the mall where you can’t here noises. I will give it 3 star hotel not 5 star. Its clean has the basic stuff. What I didn’t like about the hotel, First the front desk, was not helpful, maybe her english is bad or I didn’t understand her. But she was not professional on the way I checked in. The hotel has so many rules. So if you are expecting to have a company, you have to pay 1000 paht for each visit. They also take deposit of 2000 on the first day at check in. When I checked out, they charged me 250 because the bed “was not clean” as they mentioned it. Which was very weird, first time that happened to me. There are so many other options in the area, this hotel felt like sprig break student hotel with so many rules!! “Do not do this, Do not do that! If you did this we will charge you” Not the best option for solo traveler who wanna enjoy his time in Phuket! This is my opinion. But it would be very nice for family or couples who just wanna Quiet peaceful hotel on the center of patong!
Great location Awful internet connection, staff unhelpful and very rude. Not interested in helping guests. Also the guy offering trips in the hotel is double the price from 50m down the road Would never stay here again. Lots more options
I will start from the bad first...we stay at this hotel for 22 days..the first week staff friendly and the room it was clean maximum till 10.30 all good...as they was getting busy..the new year for the chinese ..all change we had to wait till 1to get ready our room till i get to the reception and complain..one of the lady at the brekfast she is stop me with her hand and a very bad way to have my brakfast outside as we are smokers something that we ask them for 2 weeks before and it was allowed . I feld so insulde in all the people they was looking at me..the 2 stars go only for the receptionists
