I like everythings about this hotel.
This was my second time staying here . Much better stay this time then last time. The only thing I didn’t care for was once you check out it takes about 10 minutes because they have to send someone to check your room. I guess they are looking for if you stole anything? They have 3 sheep pillows in the room for decoration. Other then that the location was good and so was breakfast
Many issues here. I used to stay here a lot and I will no longer stay. Rooms are falling apart, they have water stains all over the walls. The lightning int he bathroom is horrible, I shaving blind practically. Cash deposit at the hotel is required, no idea why they can't accpet CC for that process as every real hotel does. Upon checkout we had to wiat nearly 20 mins so they can check our room, again, not needed and was way too long of a wait. The breakfast was the same exact thing every day, they should consider adding some variety every day to shake it up. Will no longer stay at this hotel, really disappointing.
Nice modern hotel close to Bangla road. Really perfect for your first trip to the island if you want to be central to the action.
The hotel is great location to the shopping mall and eateries, however it is not the cleanest and very loud due to the streets and people slamming doors and speaking very loud out in the halls. I was staying at the 4 floors and out of my 5 days stay, 2 days I had to walked back down to the the other building where the lobby is to have my room card reactivated, so inconvenience. As a female solo travel, I didn't feel as comfortable here. Pay more for a nicer hotel and you won't regret it. I previously stayed at the Grand Mercer and the Slate and feel much more appreciated and taken care off.
It s at a good location near most shopping night markets but not right on the beach. Good outdoor dinner buffets
The hotel staff were nice but not very helpful. I couldn't find my room for 20 minutes, partially my fault but it would not have happened if i had a map of the hotel. The facilities were pretty nice, based on the area. Breakfast was nice. However, my bathroom shower was filled with mold which was a major turn off. I should have complained and changed rooms but I was so tired and not thinking. The lounge areas were nice.
Great hotel, clean and modern rooms, close to attraction points. The one thing the hotel could improve is the internet speed, the provided free wifi service is extremely slow, you should not go here to focus on work anyway :)
