Lovely resort by day, tranquil and by the beach. At night its a different story. The resort is located next door to a day/night club that plays loud clubbing music 12 noon to midnight. Not ideal if your room is located on the right hand side of the property as you face the beach. We booied the premium suite room which was a bit tired and dated compared to the one our travek companions were allocated. Breakfast starts at 7 which is too late if you have tours planned. A half hour earlier would make alot of difference. Otherwise, great hotel, lovely staff and pleasant stay.

Was very disappointed. I stayed in over 10 hotels in Phuket but this one is definitely one of the worst. The pictures and reviews were good so I booked it without any concern. But that place is filthy! It is not only not cleaned well in general but the bedding smells like sweat, mattresses and pillows smell grows too. But the worst thing is rats! They have soooo many rats outside on the patio especially at night. They are not afraid of human and almost run into your room. Plus they allow “night guests” so on the top of all you might hear a bunch of noises from the next room. Oh yeah and also you'll hear a night club music from next door. No jokes, Definitely the worst stay of all times and the policy is strictly non-refundable.

The pics make the property and the pool look much better than it is reality. At night there are many large rats running on the path and around the bushes. The rooms are clean however a bit dated with leaking taps and showers, fridge door was broken so drinks would fall as soon as you opened it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they go out their way for you customer service was excellent , proximity to the beach is very good you can access it straight from the hotel.

2nd time at impiana 10 years later.

This was my second stay at impiana, 10 years apart. Pros: location, beach access, bungalow style rooms. Cons: a bit dated, bathroom privacy (clear glass wall to toilet) and sonewhat noisy neighbours (room was adjoining [sealed] a bit disappointed since paid extra for a deluxe room. (The only difference is the room size) . Overall, lovely and amazing staff, good breakfast included, would stay agaik.

A Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Patong Impiana is the perfect escape from the chaos of busy Patong. The moment you step into the lobby, serenity takes over — from the calming decor and soothing music to the beautiful view of the gardens and ocean through the lobby. We stayed in a Superior Oceanview room, and it was well worth it. The pool was just outside our door, with the beach and ocean just beyond — a rare and priceless find in Patong. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure bliss. The location is ideal: walking distance to all the hotspots, yet quiet and peaceful. Despite being near Bangla Road, we heard no street or party noise. The Beach Bar was a highlight, especially during happy hour with poolside service. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and set us up perfectly for the day. We did experience a few issues with our air conditioner, but the staff responded quickly each time. The delay in repairs was due to the contractor, not the hotel, and it was resolved. Overall, a fantastic stay — peaceful, convenient, and memorable. We’ll definitely return.
