Very basic hotel ,great location for dinning ,beach ,massage and transport ,rooms good,no coffe facilities or mini bar ,air conditioning little noisy ,beds very firm . Had a great stay in the Loft wing I will book again for my next holiday
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, strategic location and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple n nice. They had connecting rooms hence its ideal for a family of 6. The tour desk manager was very helpful , if am not mistaken a Mr Phom. He gave us discounted tickets as well.
A very good location. The beach is around 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is great in the morning and it’s nice to walk around the area. It’s great to have a 7 eleven store close by for some cool drinks or snacks. The hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. They gave a nice surprise on my Wife's birthday, by making a fruits platter with candles, a very sweet gesture. We stayed at Rayaburi for 3 nights. Rooms are cozy and clean. Bathrooms are big ones with a Bath tub. Restaurant is good. In Breakfast, they have variety of food which tastes good. Jacuzzi on the terrace. Bangla road is walking distance. Many tour operators near the hotel and also a travel desk in the hotel Reception area. Small mall with eating stalls just opposite to hotel- only for NON-VEGETARIANS. Not many food options for Vegetarians. Overall, a very good place to stay in Patong.
A very good location... The beach is around 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is great in the morning and it’s nice to walk around the area. Shops and malls are not too far.... roughly 20-30minutes away depending where you go. It’s great to have a 7 eleven close by for some cool drinks or snacks. Worst thing in the hotel, my room didn’t have a kettle really. The hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful.
We stayed at Rayaburi for 3 nights. This hotel is very close to Patong beach. 2-3 mins walking distance. Few pointers: Positive : Location : Very close to Patong beach Variety of options for food - There are no of stalls outside the hotel at night Many good Indian restaurants nearby Staff - friendly Rooms - cozy, clean and nice.. Bathrooms - big bathrooms with Bath tub Restaurant - good Breakfast - Variety of food and tasty as well Jacuzzi on the terrace Close to Bangla road No of tour operators near the hotel Negative - One receptionist was really sweet and helpful while other lady was really rude,as if she is doing some favor to the guests Rooms - small Swimming pool - not in the main building A very good option for stay in Patong :) :)
This hotel has a great location. For the price we really enjoyed it. Our room was spacious and the ac worked fine. The breakfast was varied enough but the food super cold no matter what time you went. We went at 7:30 one day and 9 the other. The free drink is a nice touch but there was literally no alcohol in it. I figured this would be the case but no big deal. Honestly I would have rated this hotel a lot better had the check in gone better. The front desk lady is very very nice. But when she handed off our passports to a man to be photocopied he stapled our departure cards to the passport for convenience. He didn’t the just staple any page. He stapled through the signature portion of our passports. This is a legal document. Can you imagine if every hotel did this? The passport would be rendered invalid from damage. The total lack of respect for our legal documents was really appalling. We were able to extract the tiny staples from the signature without too much damage but come on. Show some respect.
Patong beach is the most famous when it comes to travelers and Rayaburi Hotel is located just perfect. Not really the most spacious rooms, but for budget travelers its a great option. It's right in the middle of all the action in Patong. the 7/11's, bike on rent, shops, street food, tattoo parlors, party places all of these are right around. The hotel as such is really clean and the breakfast spread in the morning too is decent. So if you are not really looking for very spacious rooms and a super lavish stay, then this Hotel is just perfect.
Very good place .near to beach.family friendly.both my kids-6yrs and 1yr old enjoyed a lot...the breakfast was gud. Restaurant as ample options.rite opposite the hotel, local food market is there.7-11rite next door.
First of, let me be fair. The rooms are good and the location is splendid. But the hospitality is so pathetic. I have never been ill treated to such a great extent by any hotel who consider themselves in the field of hospitality services. Mr.Wot treated us terribly and outright asked us to get out and call the cops for bringing a friend to the hotel for literally twenty minutes. Really hope this does not happen with anyone
I am giving them 2 stars based off 2 things - the staff and the location. That's it. Unfortunately, everything else about the hotel was not that great :( I did not go to Thailand with very high expectations but some things are just not ok...................... The first night, our AC did not work. The staff sent someone the next day, but as soon as we left the room (and the power was off), it broke again :( After the second visit from the repairman, there were no more issues. The staff was very helpful with getting someone to us. The breakfast was different every morning, which can be good if you like variety, but kind of a turnoff when there are flies and roaches :( kind of made me paranoid to eat off anything. The beds are hard and the mattresses old. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The wifi isn't the best. The tv in our room was broken so it was in purple, grey and white. YES purple, it was weird. The hotel is located in a great area, walking distance from the beach and near LOTS of restaurants. I feel like it has a lot of potential but it just is not being well maintained :( I'm sorry to say but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...use the extra money to stay in an actual resort or a well-known hotel..........
