Travelling from Australia we were in search of a quiet sanctuary. We found it in this quaint hotel with old world charm. Service provision exceeded our expectations. Staff & management always happy to please, going above & beyond the call of duty. The Oasis Restaurant provided for us adequately. Food fresh & plentiful. Highlight for us was Thai Cooking Class, professionally organised , yet relaxed & fun. The day commenced with a trip to the Markets which enhanced the cultural experience. Recipe book & certificate given as momentos of the feast. Room spacious, bed on very firm side but good for sore backs. Hotel very clean & comfortable. Spa massage services wonderful, also lovely pool & adequate gym. We loved our stay here surrounded by mountains & sea. Very conducive to rest & relaxation. Shuttle service very reliable. We would not hesitate to return to Naan Yuree Resort & Spa. Close proximity(by shuttle) to shopping precinct & entertainment. It was always a joy to return to the solace of this tranquil hotel. We will be back !!!
I have just spent a lovely week at Baan Yuree: the staff are warm and welcoming and friendly.. Our room was well appointed - neat clean and tidy, the 2 hour massage was excellent. Food in the restaurant was good - plentiful assortment for breakfast. Swimming pool and bar was a nice area to relax in and mini bar prices were very reasonable. The free shuttle bus took you in and out of Patong regularly throughout the day and evening. A nice holiday venue for the budget conscious.
This was simply the best holiday anyone could have. We had Thai massage, swimming, Thai cooking classes, speed boat to the islands, Fantasia, ping pong show, Tuk Tuk rides and fantastic management and staff at the resort. Once is great but will never be enough !!! A must return destination.
Nice resort. enjoyed our stay .bit out of centre of patong .but provide bus service.has swimming pools and gym..breakfast was included every .has morning. has a restaurant with reseasonable prices.nice view
Stayed a week at the resort . Staff were very friendly and couldn't help you enough regardless of the language barrier. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Rooms were good, clean and good views of the mountains and beach. The pool was great and had a pool bar where you could enjoy a drink and a meal. A little outdated but for the money you couldn't ask for any more. We had massages by the masseuse Beer she is great and knows how to get rid of all the knots in your body. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting the resort. There is a big hill to climb to get to the resort but if you aren't into some exercise you can always catch the hotels courtesy bus which goes out and back 5 times a day or the local tuk tuks are easy and cheap to catch. Great value for money 😊
Had yhe best stay her. The staff are so friendly . And accommodating . It was my friend and my birthdays wile we were here. We both got cakes and the staff sang happy birthday to us .. and Beer the masseurs . Was fantastic . Big hill to get to the hotel . Its good for a work out will be back for sure
To get to the hotel you had to travel up a long and very steep hill, for a family with small children that like to get out and walk this made it very difficult as the kids (5 and under 2) could not manage so we had to carry them up and down, which was not an easy task. They were not ready for us for early check in and wanted us to wait til 2pm when we had arrived 10am. They did make arrangements however and ended only waiting 1 hour. Free shuttle however was available at 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm and 10pm each day to 2 locations at Patong Beach. If you were even a minute late however, then you would have to arrange your own transport back at a cost of 300baht each way. The hotel was overall fairly average. There were a lot of maintenance items that just had not been attended to. e.g. missing tiles in the pool, patched ceilings and the room smelled of cigarette smoke upon arrival. The housekeeping was good though, air-conditioning worked well and tea, coffee, and toiletries were topped up daily. The restaurant food was exceptional, very tasty, always fresh and inexpensive. For a family of 4 we didn't spend above 800baht for a meal total and this included all drinks, sides and full meals for all. The pamper spa was quite nice, but they didn't honour the free massage vouchers provided by the restaurant. It was more expensive than going to one of the many massage parlours in Patong Beach and the massage was on par with the cheaper massages. Kids club was a MAJOR disappointment. Pretty much the only reason we chose this hotel was because it had the kids club. This is a misrepresentation as all the hotel offers is merely a play room for kids where they still need to be supervised by the parents as there are no staff to supervise. Also, you need to walk out of the hotel and go to an adjacent room so it is not conveniently located for the kids to be there alone. It also smelt musty and damp. The gym, was ok consisted of a few cardio machines and some light dumbbells.
First off, this is a 3 star resort so don't expect 5 star facilities. The staff however are top class, nothing is too much for them. The resort is quite a way from Patong beach but that is an advantage in my opinion. It is a pleasant walk there but on the way back there is a very steep hill to climb, my wife and I managed this 5 times but it was better in a taxi. The breakfast is limited but delicious and plentiful. The Billabong swim up pool bar was manned by the best cocktail mixer we found in Phuket! All in all a very pleasant experience and great value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Very upset with our stay here me and 3 friends stayed at this hotel we arrived to no working wifi or A/C we had the engineer out 3 times during the night, rubbish sleep mattress was hard! Totally over priced for what it is
The rooms are pleasant enough. A little up date would be good. Bit mouldy. The staff make this place. They are just wonderful. Pool was nice and bar tender makes great Mojito. Huge hill to walk up and very steep. Great for the calf muscles.
