Everyone very helpful. Check in very smooth and accommodating (we needed WC access) Breakfast was a very good value.
This is a great place! Clean remodeled room, fantastic cook to order breakfast, friendly staff and good location. Cons: construction for remodel and pool/jacuzzi not in service despite calling to verify it was heated and open. Lastly, pretzels on floor in the elevator by bldg.6 were simple moved to the walk path during mopping of elevator.
Unfortunately we checked into a room with a clogged toilet. I called housekeeping and front desk 5X's within 3hrs and no one ever showed up. I visited the front desk and explained the situation after third hour and he apologized and said they were finishing a direct TV issue and would come to our room next. Nonetheless they never showed. I personally bought a plunger and fixed the toilet. Never received a courtesy call or knock on door. I NEVER complain but this was ridiculous.
This was 2nd stay at this location and will definitely stay again.
Evening reception was great plus the hot breakfast was a plus.
The hotel is a little dated but the overall place was good. The restaurant was awesome for a full breakfast. Pool was big and clean, friendly staff, good location.
Great hotel with a big comfortable tempatured swimming pool. Beautiful grounds with a free hot breakfast and happy hour drinks
The made to order breakfast was fabulous as was the pool. Rooms were nice but could use updating. Staff was all very courteous and even moved our room since my husband heard traffic on the NW wing. Very helpful.
My stay was wonderful! The complimentary breakfast can't be beat, and the free happy hour is a nice bonus. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and made for a nice, relaxing stay. The front counter, restaurant staff and cleaning staff were all friendly and professional.
Staff was nice and helpful.. Restaurant staff was excellent! Only had the omkimentary breakfast three days, but it was delicious with many choices. Manages reception each night. Very inviting! Rooms were average, beds comfy. Will definitely stay here again.
This was our first stay at this hotel...we were blown away... Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and everything else. We'll be looking for this hotel in the future.
Everything went well and enjoyed my short stay breakfast was good and the pool was awesome
My family stayed here for 2 days while in town for a memorial service. The front desk gave us adjoining rooms which was perfect. The free breakfast was great and the cocktail hour was good too, although I don't consider chips and salsa "free hors d'oeuvres". The location was convenient, as it was right off the freeway, but there was nothing else within walking distance which would have made it better. We used the sofa beds in both rooms, and they definitely could have used some updating. Also, some of the linens and towels were worn and should probably be replaced. Pool area was great!
Great location - freeway close. HouseKeeping staff kept room very clean. A cooked to order Breakfast that can't be beat. Front desk staff very helpfull and knowledgable about area.
We booked this room because it was exponentially less expensive to rent from the Alamo Rent-A-Car desk at the hotel than at the airport (there was a NASCAR race in town that weekend). The room was more than I wanted to spend but the breakfast made up for the hotel cost. It was fabulous! There were cooks doing pancakes and omelets, multiple meat options, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, on and on. Really well done. We weren't there for the Manager's Recption in the bar or other meals, but I would bet they are well done. The room was comfortable and clean - nothing extravagant but nice.
Nice amenities. Large room but somewhat noisy (could easily hear neighbors, upstairs noise). Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Good location.
As a Businees traveler I look for a quiet place that is close to the area that I am working. Th Embasy suites was excellent. Beutifull well amnicured grounds, quite and close to everything I required. The room was clean and nice and the ammenities were also great.
We arrived with a great reception, the rooms were clean and taken care of everyday, the place itself is beautiful, one of the best places I ever stayed at,the court yards and pool areas are well maintained with rich green grass, and well groomed and clean. The breakfast was second to none. Myself and my 2 kids (young adults)loved it.
Just far enough out of the greater city of Phoenix, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. We could explore the nothern region of Sedona, the eastern region of Fountain Hills and the western area with ease. The hotel personnel were friendly and very accommodating. From the made-to-order breakfast to the happy hour free coctails, we had nothing to complain about. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a great experience there. We completely enjoyed our dinners there with a nice variety of options.
I have stayed with Embassy before and been impressed not only with the acommodations, but with the service they provide. This was very sub-par. The room was filthy. The sheets were torn, there were stains on the walls, floor, furniture, and bedding. We called the manager to complain and all he could offer was a new set of sheets and some vouchers for their restaurant. We ended up leaving the hotel that night and had to scavenge for another one at 11 pm. There are plenty of hotels in the Phoenix area, choose another one besides this one.
