No lock doors

The room are nice but the room we got our bathroom door did not lock. It was a sliding door. It was a issues because we had the used the bathroom in the looby to get privacy. I reported but nothing was done. Breakfast was disappointing only thing good was there bagels and orange juice.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the airport. We stayed here for one night to catch an early flight. So, it was perfect for us. The breakfast was standard fare but with fresh biscuits.

Standard Home2Suites- very basic yet clean and comfortable. The shuttle didn’t pick us up from the airport as advertised. Upon arrival, we were told we had to take a train to a bus station to get picked up by the “airport” shuttle. So, we took a cab instead of dealing with another unknown, as we were severely sleep deprived and jet lagged from a long day of traveling. Otherwise, things were pretty standard as with other Home2Suites.

Room was dirty, carpet heavily stained (room 403). coffee pods left in the coffe maker. Filth over the sink. Glasses are disgusting too. Walls are thin, lady who was up all night hacking up a lung kept me up too. Also, this is not an airport hotel, its a drive away from it

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Airport transfer easy to arrange. Plenty of parking with no hassles. Laundry are could use cleaning, esp inside the washer - needs to be de-gunked.

Quick stay, clean and comfortable hotel

One night stay before flying home. Was the most comfortable bed of our vacation, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Very convenient location to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
