Great room and great experience. Shout out to clerk Charles as well

No maid service. Rooms were not maintained. Staff was very friendly at check-in.

Guy at the counter was Awesome! I would consider him over qualified to work there.. Room was clean but mildew and rust covered the bath tub. (No shower for me). There were guys walking around the property all night. And the Bed was extremely uncomfortable (hard as a brick). This place definitely needs an upgrade.. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

It's was nice room was clean but need to be spray with air freshener

I have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times per year for the last several years. Starting last year it has consistantly gone downhill. No longer are there any dishes or utensils, etc. supplied with each room. You have to ask for them at the front desk. During this last stay I was told there were none available. Could not even get a plastic disposable glass to drink water. The door to the room was missing the secondary lock. The fridge was turned on high and froze what little I had in it to eat. Carpets were stained and dirty. Only a partial roll of toilet paper. Hair dryer was missing. It is unfortunate for this hotel as the location is a good one. On the plus side, the beds are newer and very comfortable. Nice TV.

the hotel was well wore and used staff non responces

Room should have never been rented out. The flooring was peeling off and they tried to fix it with duct tape. I tripped on it and it was painful.

Trip was very enjoyable, staff was friendly, room was older but clean, breakfast was quite limited.

Our door did not lock didn't feel safe. Had to go to front to get coffee pot. Dirty star ways bath tub was broken felt like would fall through it. Pillows flat and hard as rock

this hotel needs a major upgrade and cleaning.. the rooms were in bad shap and everything needed to be cleaned in much better way.. Staff were the only good thing about this hotel. I will not stay there again due to condition.

this hotel needs seriouse upgrade or renevation. the ammunities were below expectations, the cleaniness was sub par.... i had to change room due to cleaning issues, the towels, bed sheets and pillow cases were discusting. the only good thing at this hotel was the staff, they tried their best to keep me happy but there is nothing you can do to combat cleaning issues.. i stayed at extended stays for over 340 nights last year and this is by the far the worest hotel i have ever been at.

Had to wait to get a room because of late check outs and lack of maid service. We checked in. The room was okay but TV was out of sight from the bed. When we later was going to sleep. I noticed something on bed crawling. I looked and it was a bedbed. I called the front desk and asked for a refund and immediate check out. The desk personnel did not try to argue with me but was courteous and accepted my request. Called to ask for my refund afterwards.

Some of the rooms were smell bad, smoking odor very strong. We complained and Bill (the receptionist) nicely changed our rooms. Overall it was a nice stay.

It was amazing, I enjoyed this hotel it eas a great experience

The review title says it all. For $50 bucks a night you get what you pay for. The sheets and comforters are cheaper than cheap. The room had a smell to it. My first room was already taken by someone which was really awkward when I walked into the room. I didn't expect much, but even those expectations were lowered.

I requested for a late check out of 30 mins when I returned after expressing my concern for their staff not touching my belongings, and when I returned 15 mins later I catch the staff carrying my belongings behind the building. They told me they had to empty my room due to a rodent outside... We live in Arizona your going to see desert creatures OUTSIDE!!! That's not a good enough excuse for my belongings being moved to the back of the building.

I really enjoyed this hotel, for a cheap price it was a nice place to stay.... I would stay there again an I would recommend for my family and friends to stay there too

We stayed in Room 220 for 5 nights on a Spring Training & golf vacation. Pluses : comfortable bed, good flat screen tv, mostly quiet location, and easy to get to our ballpark and golf course in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley from here. Okay grab & go breakfast. Minuses: filthy & stained carpet and couch, bathroom tub had a big area of black mildew and rust stains, dirty floor with built up grime in corners, bathroom and kitchen sinks had calcium deposits all over the fixtures, thin worn towels. Badly needs a deep cleaning and new rug, paint, couch, fixtures, towels, etc. Not in the best area of town (every night there was a new crime in the vicinty reported on tv). We tolerated it because it was all we could find in our price range within easy driving range of where we wanted to go, but really not even worth the discounted price we paid.

I always stay at Extended stay hotels and they are always the best. Customer service is great and the room is large with a bed and a pullout plus a full kitchen! It doesn't get any better if your staying for a few days.

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel in a standard studio and on the 2nd night our frig quit working so they upgraded us to a king size bedroom suite at no additional cost. They made the remainder of our stay a very pleasant one. The staff was always friendly - I will stay there again.
