We treated ourselves to this very relaxing post-Thanksgiving stay at Drury Inn, after dropping off all our family members at PHX. The desk staff (I forgot his name again!) were VERY welcoming, kind and helpful... as were all Staff we met. "Under construction" (not active during our weekend stay), this did not create any inconvenience for us. I'd paid extra for an Upper room, thinking I'd get a nice sunrise or sunset view. However, room #533 is deep inside the "V" (not shone in photos) and faces a wall of other (unoccupied) room windows, looking down on the pool. At least the reflection off those windows was nice. We were too exhausted at that point, to ask for a different room. Very tasty "Kick Back" meal (although no sweets), plus 3 drinks each. Good Breakfast (long line for the one waffle maker, so we didn't have). Very good gravy, eggs, biscuits, sausage. Fruit was raisins, near the oatmeal. No milk because "the truck hadn't delivered any." (Don't they have grocery stores in Phoenix?) Very Comfortable bed and pillows, lovely room despite lacking view. Appreciated Local TV stations along with many others. Appreciated the room heater, but it is quite loud cycling on and off all night, next to the bed, and I'd forgotten my standard travel ear plugs. We kept the room too warm because we were cold with only the thin decorative blanket-- would have preferred another blanket, to keep the room cooler for better sleeping. Pool & hot tub were heated, and lovely!

Very comfy, clean, good breakfast.

Close to the airport.

Check in clerk rude. All others great

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

The stay was actually very nice. We added our names to the list for the early morning shuttle to the airport, which was to leave at 6:00am sharp! They told us to make sure we were there that they don't wait for you even if you're on the list they'll leave without you. We were down at the shuttle the following morning at 5:45. No driver, 6:00, no driver. Go inside and they told us that they didn't have a driver the day before so they weren't surprised. They did however order us all Uber drivers which I wasn't waiting around for, we had already called one for our party of 4. If you are offering a service such as this it should be taken more seriously. Or at least someone from the front desk could have come out and at least let us know what was happening.

Average hotel but great location to airport

Would stay again. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle driver at 11pm arrival was awesome. Thanks!

The happy hour and breakfast is pretty amazing. We really liked the outdoor patio too. Being able to sit outside until 9:00 at night is so nice after being stuck inside all winter.

Very nice place to stay

Don’t bother bringing your Conf number as they won’t be able to locate your room. Instead they use names which is fantastic as names can never be guessed!

The hotel has a great breakfast and dinner. It is very quiet inside the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The area is very easy to get around by car, but there is nothing that you can walk to nearby. The pool area is small. The pool water is freezing and only 2 jets work in the hot tub so that area could use a little TLC.

Nice, clean hotel close to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet.

We were originally told we would be able to get a shuttle when we arrived late into the Phoenix airport, but then when we called they were done for the day. Had to take a Lyft instead. Main hotel areas look dirty, old carpet, nicked walls. The room is nothing spectacular but functional for a one-night airport stay. Very loud air conditioner/heating unit that cycles on and off.

It was very clean.

There was a very nice area for breakfast and I liked the “glass” elevators. It was pricey.

The included dinner option is nice . I can easily access the places I need to be for work when I’m the area
