The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and made check in very easy. We received the room we expected and she explained all charges very well. She told us all the pertinent information we needed. We did not expect to have a complimentary dinner and were very pleased with the food. Terry at the bar was super nice and served drinks extremely well. The staff made for an excellent night.

Your staff exceeds expectations

I am going to focus on Ladonna, one of your managers. I have NEVER, had someone who was better at her job than she was. She got the shuttle to me at the airport and helped me get reimbursed for accidently double booking. She is sweet, pleasant, but very very professional. I feel she should own her own hotel and train everyone to be as super fantastic as she is! The hotel was great and met all me requirements very well.

We spent one night but sat at the bar and ordered pizza that was delicious. In the morning they provided an amazing breakfast. Friendly staff and room was nice. Will return and stay here again

Landing very late from the UK, (1am) we wanted a hotel close to the airport. The Drury Inn is perfect, the front desk sent a shuttle bus to collect us within 10 mins of my phone call. The hotel is in very good condition and the staff very professional and courteous.
