Convenient to our event. No bar into the lobby. Minimal convenience items available. Set up more like a Super 8 then Holiday Inn.
I have stayed here before and like the convenient location. Last time I stayed was before COVID. It seems like many hotels post-COVID will not go back to levels of service experienced prior to the pandemic despite doubling the price. For this particular stay, there was one small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. Also, I had to fill the toilet tank before using. I like the 2-head shower - that was a nice surprise.
I was in town for a week on business. The location was perfect for my needs.
We were there overnight, clean comfy rooms, with two pillows, one firm and one soft.
The hotel staff is very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.
Very nice hotel. They however slipped the wrong room hotel receipt under my door. So I received someone else's bill with their address(Read privacy snafu) . since I did not receive mine, I guess another room guest received my bill info.
Carpeting was dirty. Tiles in bathroom were dirty. Bed felt like it was stuffed with corn husks. Bed squeaked with any movement. Ventilation was loud and you could not sit in the chair without a major draft. The desk chair was too low and would not adjust so that computer work could be done without back and neck pain. Water in shower was lukewarm. The price of the room was $10 more than a major hotel in downtown Milwaukee and it is like comparing fashion jewelry to a diamond set in platinum. Would not recommend. On the positive side, the bathroom was large, coffee was free and good, and the location was perfect.
Room, staff and food were all excellent. The pool under repair was a major disappointment.
It's recently converted to a non-smoking hotel, but the rooms still retain the cigarette smell. I switched rooms, but it was still noticeable in the second room. Both rooms needed new carpeting - maybe once that is done the problem solved.
This was a beautiful hotel with all amenities. It was very clean and quiet. Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very large with a wonderful shower. All decor was beautiful - in the Frank Lloyd Wright style. The location was great - easy to find, easy access to the interstate and within walking distance of two excellent restaraunts.
I look for a few things when I travel...cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and a nice shower. This hotel had it all. Very nice decor. The only minor negatives would be that there is no visible signage from the main road and the room still had the old "tube" television.
We have stayed at the Radisson - Pewaukee several times and have always been pleased with our stay. The architecture is unique and the room decor is very nice. My only disappointment was with the pillows. There are four pillows on each bed. The two large pillows are square and made of foam rubber. The shape shape and firmness are too awkward to sleep on. The other two are very small rectangular pillows that would be very good if they were about twice the size.
all good
We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving. The hotel was in a good central location for us. The appearence of the hotel is very nice, both inside and out. Good near by restaurants (Machine Shed & Thunder Bay). Pleasent staff that accomodated our needs. We were very happy with our stay and would stay at this hotel again.
Very clean room and great bed. TV quality poor, but excellent Bose radio. Nearby restaurant was top notch. You can't beat the price for such a high quality/clean room!
Staff was great, very helpful. They gave us a room overlooking the pool - which was filled with children, so verrry noisy. They moved us immediately to another room which was much quieter. 12-cup coffee pot in the room, but bring your own beans if you want quality. They also supplied some plush bathrobes, a very nice touch.
The hotel room was great with 2 showerheads, granite countertops, and a sleepnumber bed with down comforter that is very comfortable. There was a lot of little things that were nice like 2 cotton robes, nice desk, and computer room with a computer and printer free to use, there was a restaurant connected to the hotel so that you can just walk over and get something to eat. My only bad things were that it was a little hard to see from the road, and you have to pay $8.99 for breakfast, its not complimentary, but its not really worth $8.99, so that was dissapointing because it was either, pay and eat the not so good food, or get up and get dressed(which voids the reason of sleeping/staying in) and have to go somewhere else to get something. Usually that's a given that hotels include free bfast. You can also hear people shutting doors and talking in the next rooms. But the luxury and niceness of the staff was great, pool was great, and everything else was smooth.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, the decor of the lobby and all the amenities (including the bath robes). The price was very reasonable. The restaurant next door was very good and of much higher quality than most you would see next to a suburban hotel/motel. The sleep number bed was great as was the double shower. We will stay there again without any hesitation.
