Construido en 1870, nuestro Fair Street Retreat es parte de una de las casas más antiguas de Petaluma. Estamos ubicados a solo 3 cuadras del centro de Petaluma. Camine hacia abajo para desayunar en The Tea Room Café o disfrute del buffet caliente diario en el mercado de Petaluma. Besides being VERY tiny, it was very well equipped. I was surprised how much function the tiny kitchenette had. It met our needs for the two nights we spend there. We had a great day in Napa country from this location. Great restaurants downtown.

Reunion trip

We stayed at the property for a high school reunion weekend in Petaluma. The studio is very clean and quiet and the location is terrific- easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. We would definitely stay here again.

A Peaceful Place

Cute and Cozy

Loved our stay at Fair Street Retreat! The apartment was clean, kitchenette well stocked and communication with host was super easy. Loved the location, it was quiet, yet close to downtown. Really appreciated being able to bring our small dog, so much more convenient than a hotel.

Perfect weekend retreat

Perfect Petaluma studio!

We loved our stay! This studio was clean, had a comfy bed, was dog friendly, easy parking, close to downtown Petaluma. Christie and Rodger were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back. Thank you Christie and Rodger!

Great stay the Fair Street Retreat!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in a lovely area of Petaluma, just a short walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owners courteously kept us informed about anything we needed to know during our stay. The studio was cozy and well appointed and included games, snacks other extras. We highly recommend this property.

Perfection in Petaluma

Adorable unit just a short walk to downtown Petaluma. Loved watching the birds sitting on the front porch. Unit had everything for a quick stay. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Petaluma!

Tiny Hideout

This place was small but had everything we needed for our stay. It's close to downtown but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The property managers were super responsive to our communication. Not much room in the "food/kitchen" area, but we planned on eating out most of the time any way, so it didn't matter to me. Has a nice big bathroom and comfy king bed.
