This hotel is very good located, modern hotel chain. The staff was friendly, the room was large and clean, the restaurant is expensive as well the room rate. they have an elegante and well furbished hall
Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and we were very pleased with our selection! The location is in the heart of champs elysee! This is a very luxurious hotel with great amenities! The staff is very courteous and pleasant! The level of service is actually very in par with that of Ritz! Great nespresso equivalent coffees in the room and good selection of L’occitane bath products in the bathroom! I highly recommend this hotel! Oh and free breakfast is a plus!!
Been there for 5 nights during march, we received the suite 3 hours late (for which we have been compensated by free breakfast). the location is amazing right in the heart of the Champs Elysees and a short walking distance from the arc de triomphe, but the hotel itself is old, we had a terrible allergy from dust, breakfast is overpriced at 44 euro per person and some systems keep failing (one of the elevators broke down for a few days and the card systems for the doors stopped working for a while)
Generally we stay in the JW or Ritz, but we wanted to be centrally located and this Mariott did not disappoint. We loved being on the Champs and in walking distance of EVERYTHING!! We did Uber to a few places, but easily walked back with elementary aged kids. There were many restaurants and shops near. Although, we took a few turns and tried to eat where it wasn't so touristy. I can get 5 Guys anywhere in the states, so I didn't care that it was across the street. The hotel also sells the museum pass and other tickets. Super convenient and knowledgeable concierge staff. They reached out to me in advance and helped with transfers and coordinating tours and visits. Breakfast was delicious and the room were well appointed. In all, we loved this location and all it had to offer. There were reviews that mentioned noise in the evening. Once you are inside the hotel you don't hear a thing.
Kudos to outstanding front desk staff; Snejana, Myra, and, most especially, Sonthaya. There were some issues, but more kudos for how quickly and efficiently they were addressed. Mistakes happen, and staff appeared sincerely distressed and acted quickly to correct. So high marks all around. Thank you.
This is our second stay at this hotel. The location cannot be beat, especially if this is your first visit to Paris. The rooms are cozy, lovely and for most of them, quiet. The breakfast buffet may be one of the most generous and delicious of all the hotels we’ve stayed in. They also take security very seriously which is a nice touch. We would love to return. .
Amazingly central location for everything in Paris on Avenue des Champs-Elysees with many beautiful Resturants within easy walking distance. The rooms are quiet and staff exceptional to me the only place to stay in Paris .
We arrived from the US earlier than check-in so our room was not ready. The hotel is on a major street with tons of shops and cafes that we had a lot to keep us occupied until we received word that we could check into a room and freshen up. The reception staff, specifically Myra, was extremely kind and helpful. The housekeeper always greeted us with “Bonjour!” and a smile. The concierge staff, who reached out to me prior to our arrival, was very kind to send up a nice amenity to include delicious macarons that my husband absolutely loved (he doesn’t usually care for macarons but ate them all here)! The rooms could use a little updating but it has all of the essentials and is spacious.
In Paris the Champs Elysees is the centerpoint for all the action ..and Mariott Paris gives you ringside view of the magnificent sights and sounds of Paris . Very close to nearby attractions, the Arc De Triomphe is about 5 minutes walking distance. Top stores of all world famous brands nestle around for your attention and also a number of nice cafes offering the best of French food , coffee and dessert dot the area. The rooms are very nice with all the fittings and furnishings tastefully done. Has lot of storage area and very good amenities in the bath too. As a SPG Platinum member got an upgrade to a larger room on the top floors which was a big bonus and delight . The staff from the concierge to the reception to the restaurant and business centres were super warm and hospitable . The restaurant in the lobby floor has a nice business like setting and offers a superb selection of food , juices and beverages for a sumptuous breakfast . All in all a great 3 days in Paris with the full warmth of Paris Mariott Paris at Champs Elysees. ' Merci beaucoop '
We had a very warm welcome and they family room that we had booked was very spacious and comfortable. Even the checkout The was very Good and quick. Food quality and taste is very good, but the problem is inconsistent service. At the breakfast Restaurent the service is very poor. For example it took 10 min and 2 reminders for a hot glass of milk. We had to wait min 5 to 7 min to be seated every day. And the worst was when a glass broke and the waiter was least interested to even ask the team to clean it, that’s a safety hazard.
