the most important thing was that there were insects in the beds. It was disgusting. The staff didn't seem to care. They refused to look at the videos and photos, they just moved us to another room and said they couldn't do anything, only the manager in the morning. The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel promised to fix our heat. They didn’t fix it. The room was cold and they only gave us one blanket. The room is not neat. The shower would be warm then suddenly would change to hot. Nobody came to clean our rooms daily. The hotel staff members were not helpful.

We arrived after dark and as a single parent I felt very unsafe as we approached the hotel. The area is really not very nice and whilst we had no actual incidents we were constantly looking over our shoulder and walking as fast as possible. The hotel itself is very basic and the walls are paper thin. Other hotel guests were really noisy which meant little sleep. The only positive I can give is that the rooms were reasonably clean. Effectively you get what you pay for but I will definitely save and stay somewhere nicer if we return.

La zona del hotel no me hizo sentir completamente segura. El personal podría ser un poco más amable y no hay aire acondicionado. Las camas no fueron de las más cómodas y cuando pedí 2 almohadas extra me dijeron que no tenían disponibles. La limpieza estuvo aceptable, aunque se escucha bastante por la noche, lo que dificultó un poco dormir. Por el precio, estuvo bien, pero esta fue mi experiencia personal.

The room was clean small with no hot water, a typical low budget hotel, the area was dark and dirty,with lots of rats. The metro was only 10 minutes away which was great. The receptionist was really unhelpful, but I suppose we got what we paid for, will not be going back to ibis budget hotel in Paris again.

The area felt unsafe and one if the bus stops was out of service. very noisy you can hear a lot of the doors opening and closing and a lot of the beds moving.

Average to low to be honest

Double room is really really small. Shower and toilet are separate, and doors leading to these cannot be locked. Location is not great, if you’re moving around using public transportation be prepared for some long bus trips and the not so pleasant tube. Lots of homeless people sleeping in the neighbourhood, in fact several tents down the hotels’ road - not up to the hotel absolutely but paints the picture. Service at the hotel was average, they spoke French and English. When asked about public transport we got incorrect info, so would say to always check online. Power points were quite far from the bed, so you can’t comfortably use your phone while charging it for example. Staff knocked on our door three times to query about cleaning and towels when the sign not to disturb was on the door, so if you’re planning on sleeping late that could be a challenge. Breakfast options were okay prob the best was the croissant.
